Easy and cristal clear
Easy, reactive, looks very honest. I ve just lent to a company, after thinking about for tens of them. I don't know yet if I ll be refunded by this company, as it s my first time, but the site is clear, easy and you feel safe. moreover, if you call them to ask for information, they will be cristal clear on the risks and benefits, and about numbers. That s important to me and for me to trust them.

Solid internal organization and system…
Solid internal organization and system allround.
Loan application steps and procedures (checks and balances) + system security + legal implications and contractual contents are acceptable, well co-ordinated and feedback is generally communicated efficiently.
The disappointment lies in pre-agreed fund transfer deadlines which aren't kept !
Within the often complicated confines of business financing and development timelines ….missed deadlines give rise to costly rectifications, embarassing "cat & mouse games" and ultimately to the creation of false expectations and disappointment !!
