Great communication with my Creator.co team! They provided many ideas on how to improve our campaign adaption and engagement rate. However, we didn't get the return on investment we were hoping for and therefore couldn't justify the cost of this program.

I've been using the creator.co platform for a bit over a month now. In that time, they've been actively improving the UX on at least a weekly basis.
It's not perfect, but it makes sourcing and managing creators and their content much more easily than any other method I've tried so far.

1. Listed influencers are by no means affiliated with the company and messages that are sent to these influencers get no response. It's a misrepresentation and doesn't provide any value.
2. If you sign up for a monthly contract, it all of a sudden turns into a 3monthly contract (once they have your payment details) and there is no way to remove card details, downgrade plan or anything.
3. We first signed up for the USD99/month access to the database. This led to no usable information. Their sales team then advised to upgrade to the USD395 plan to get deeper access. However, they now keep charging us USD99 AND USD395 every month.
We raised all of the above points several time with them now, but they don't get back to us.
DO NOT give this company your credit card details!

We pride ourselves on our company values that focus on working closely with our wonderful community of Creators, we work hard to communicate effectively with the Creators to ensure they are compliant with the collaboration details.
