Shopping online was very good. I found the halter I wanted and purchased it easily. I had some difficulty tracking the order. It came from overseas and sent me a delivered notice when it landed in Washington DC rather than in my mail box. I had moved and was able to change my delivery address but couldn’t change the billing address. The company was responsive but I’m still not sure if that address was corrected. The halter is fine.

I never received it but it is on my credit card. So I paid and Never received what I paid for. If the rating could be zero stars I would have done that

I ordered 2 collars from creative pet alliance. The package was shipped very quickly from Germany but ended up taking a bit of time in all of the postal transfer stations in the USA. I contacted CPA by email, and they quickly provided me with the tracking information, so I could follow my package all the way to delivery. Collars arrived just as described and work great!

I am deeply disappointed with the quality of this product....DEEPLY.

I want to send it back for a FULL refund but your company is NOT responding on PAY PAL and I am not able to find out how to return it.

I will continue to APPRECIATE and RESPECT Cesar but NOT these TWO leashes that are SO CHEAP !!!

My dog is short hair with a long neck > a standard slip lead would just slide down his neck...this solves that > he didn't like the bridle leader that goes around the snout...he likes this one

The personalized frame for a new baby was really well done. I had the name plus all the birth information etched on it and it looked really good!

Shipping took a long time but I finally got dog leash. Haven’t used yet but looks great

How can I return it?

Not strong at all. A slight tear created less then 4 weeks around the neck at the loop lock, it didn't last 5weeks with my 4 month American bully

I haven’t received a tracking number to my order. Customer service took one week to reply to my email regarding the tracking number.

Got a Cesar Milan slip leash for walking my dog. I was happy with it until the outer layer started unraveling after a littie over a month. Do you have a slip leash that won’t have that problem? Please help!
