Great company to deal with. Products are priced well and ordering online was so easy. Fab communication via emails, so I always knew what was happening with my order. The delivery company were brilliant, and contacted me to sort out the best day/time for the delivery to be made. All in all, a very good shopping experience

Delivery was a bit slow but my purchase was competitively priced and there was excellent communication throughout. My emails were always responded to in a timely fashion and Creative Gardens also chased up the delivery company on my behalf. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again

We ordered another set of chairs with a middle section.
It took 2 days from order to delivery.
This creative gardens centre is so good,There delivery guy who did his second delivery to us,is a great lad.
The product we bought is an excellent addition to our other garden seat we bought a while back.
This company is a genuine diamond of a company.

Bought a Weber BBQ at a very competitive price with the added bonus of free delivery - often a problem for those of us living in N. Ireland!. The website is very user friendly and the check out process painless - no insistence on creating yet another account with yet another password. Quick delivery, all in all perfect!

On a separate occasion, I had popped into the cafe with my work team and I have to admit the scones were the nicest I have tried and there was loads of choice to pick from so I can’t wait to come back and visit.

I was delighted to find a local garden centre who could supply the garden furniture covers from Bramblecrest which I really wanted due to the quality.
The company themselves don’t deliver to N Ireland !

Prior to my on line purchase I contacted Creative Gardens by phone. The person was very helpful and I felt confident to place an order.
I ordered 2 Jellycat items that were out of stock elsewhere. The items were dispatched the following day and received in a box.
I would be happy to order again and would recommend them.

I purchased a lawn scarifier and handle from Creative Gardens and could not be more satisfied. The service was 100% from start to finish including delivery. Would, without doubt, purchase from Creative Gardens in the future.

Used their website to buy a branded product online. Was easy to use and convenient and postage was regularly priced. I got the product in a couple of days. Other websites selling the same product were charging a lot more for postage (to make more profit). It was well packaged too. Would recommend.

Purchased two bird feeders as I’d been admiring the ones my brother had. Creative gardens seemed to be the only place that had these particular ones so I ordered them online to get them sent back home to Scotland. They arrived in good condition in 10 days but think the delay was most likely linked to the Christmas period.

Quick delivery, good communication- would use again

Excellent diffuser, I buy it all the time, I buy online now, I used to go to lunch weekly in Ballymena Creative Gardens with my dog, but have stopped now, it’s much too complicated, if you’re on your own with the dog, you’re not allowed to queue for your meal, the food is delicious, never go there anymore, I think the dog friendly approach in there is a complete waste of time

The purchase was smooth and easy, delivery could have been faster imo but the item arrived as ordered. Very pleased with my purchase.

Really happy with the price and quality of my new bird box for the garden. This is the genuine Henry Bell beach hut nest box and not a copy which is going around on other websites. It looks even better in real life. Swift delivery and great service.
