Total scam site. They put covers of bestsellers on their site--books they've never touched. And when the authors complain, they take them down and put up new ones. Don't believe a word they say.

The company website advertises having written many books that they simply have not - testimonials to this fact are numerous and public. This is fraudulent advertising.
I would also advise taking a close look at all the 5 star Trustpilot reviews. Many of them seem to use similar language and are very vague - to my eye it seems very possible that they are fake as well.

This is a scam service - their website is filled with lies about having ghostwritten books they haven't. Do not use and report.

A company that would lie so egregiously in their marketing materials is a company that will lie to its customers. Their BBB page is full of complaints -- many of which they didn't even bother to resolve. Their BBB ranking is F!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Protect yourself: AVOID THIS COMPANY and spend your $$$ on literally anything else.
UPDATE on Jan. 8 2024: yeah, the generic autoreply they posted here TWO YEARS after my review is NOT helpful. I took another look at their site. It's still a big ol' no from me. Avoid this site. Don't use their services. You're worth more than that.

This site claims ghostwritership over a number of books that they have no connection with, which is false advertising at best and a fraudulent scam at worst. After I asked for some more details around what quality of work I could expect and testamonials that were not paid for reviews here and else where, my IP address was blocked by customer services.

This company advertises by using stock photos of actual, unaffiliated authors and showing book covers of novels they have had no hand in. Fraud and scam through and through

On their web site, they claim responsibility for at least one book that I know was not ghostwritten (by them or by anyone else). I would not trust them.

Most horrible experience ever. Used another book publisher instead of Creativebookwriters. They refuse to refund my money in which the contract states, "If not satisfied, 100% refund guaranteed. If you give your money away go with them. Elite Authors are the best in the industry.

They ripped me off, gave me garbage that wasn’t usable, I wasted months going back and forth with them and they never edited it or replied to my emails. I never got a refund.

I have received 4 calls to ask me a "personal favor" to take down my post. Soon after, July 19th, Adeline Anastasia who was my 4th handler texted me to shut me up. "Hi David, I hope you are well they texted me that i would get a ref. Refund has been processed you will be refunded by the first week of August. Another Lie!! Do not give this company any money! and look at the other several websites that are exactly the same with slightly different names. As soon as they get too much bad press they pop up another. This is a scam. Don't let the fake reviews fool you.

This company is a fraud. They are not what is on their website. This is a foreign company that has very limited English. They only use wire transfers to people outside of the US. They did not fulfill my contract as agreed after they were paid.

Branded web studios was amazing!!. I just found them on the internet and gave them a shot and I didn’t know what to expect. Once I spoke to one of there members I received a call from the person managing my account, and it really made me feel safe about what I was doing , that I was really with a legit operation.
The team really listened to what I was looking for and they blew me away right off the bat. They were attentive and they just got my vision better than I could of imagined!!. They are so kind , responsive, and talented. It was a great experience and I definitely will use them again. Thank you guys

This company sent me the greatest animation video at an affordable cost. Good quality!
Honestly, if there was a way to leave NO stars I would. I own a company for girls clothing and the team I was assigned based out of San Fransisco has been horrible to work with. I sent them master lists with all the product info categorized based on age group. They have the products all mixed up under the categories on the website and others are missing. I have sent THE SAME checklist edits multiple times in order for them to correct it. However, they have failed to even look it over. The few people that I have worked with include: Zack Spencer, Robert Jones, and Mark Carson. In addition I tried to chat with live support today (his name was Jack Paul) to obtain the managers info however he just ended the chat after I asked. This company is also a bit sketchy as they apparently go by two names "Branded Logos and Branding Solutions" and Branding Solutions does not even have a website. They guarantee money back if you do not get your service completed which I have proof based on a chat convo with Zack Spencer. I never write reviews as I am usually too busy but this company DEFINITELY deserved some much needed words. I also have pictures of their communications with me over the last four years.
Lies from day one. Dave Austin, Brian Holmes and finally Dr. Nicholas Freeman, all profesional rip-off artists. Dave got me stupidly to part with 1,500 dollars in advance and now, a wasted year later, Freeman swore I would be reimbursed as per contract but Dr Freeman has vanished with my hard earned money. Ok, I am in Spain, and cannot do much except denounce these people in the hopes they will respond. Not likely. The editing was poor, Austin could barely speak english, the work was pathetic. I immediately complained but to no avail. Editing just got worse, my faith was quickly destroyed but no money back, again, as per contract, clause 2.
Stay away from these people. Now, at 66, my savings for my aeronautical thriller are gone, the manuscript sitting in my computer. I am depressed and disgusted.
Can anyone suffering this rip-off GT get in touch with me here and lets crush them.
Paul Provo, Barcelona, Spain
