Creatify 

I recently signed up for the Starter Plan on creatify.ai and clearly selected the monthly payment option ($39/month with a referral discount). However, I was unexpectedly charged €193.80 — the equivalent of an annual plan — without any clear notice or consent during checkout.

When I contacted support to correct the issue and request a refund, they simply canceled my subscription for the next year instead of addressing my actual concern. No refund was issued, and my messages were ignored.

This kind of billing practice feels misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to double-check the pricing and terms before purchasing, as support did not make any effort to resolve the situation fairly.

Creatify was super easy to use. I had my first ad in under 30 minutes. Posted to YouTube and running ad campaigns against it. Will use again!

I’ve tried a lot of AI tools, but this one really stands out. The video and image generation features are next-level — super realistic and perfect for ads, social posts, or creative projects. I love how it understands prompts so well and gives me exactly the vibe I’m going for.

As a small business owner, I've already paid over $800 for the year. Every time I turn around and try a feature it's constantly telling me to update for even more money. Boy did I waste my money on this.

They come up with cool features so often. They're headed in the right direction. And support team is fantastic.

My experience e with creatify has been nothing short of outstanding, creating videos and short stories is fast and easy they obviously take the guessing game out of the equation.

Hard to cancel subscription, money get withdrawn without any confirmation from your bank acc. The support will ignore you if this is not the case when you want to pay them. They don't want to send money back, frauds.

Worst AI Video company. They charged me for 2 months while I used it for 2 days on the 1st month. Videos were very bad.

When I asked for a refund for the 2nd month, they declined and said they have a NO REFUND policy. So if you go with them, expect 2 things:

1. Videos are not worth it compared to Veo or Sora
2. Say good by to your money

First time customer here and all i wanted to do was test/use their Veo 3 ads.

It took me straight to their pricing page with the option to choose their standard monthly plan... assuming it would come with their Veo 3 ads.

Unfortunately it doesnt... which is super misleading and bad UX to do this. You can't expect first time users to understand the lingo.

The worst part? No refund after speaking with customer service, despite making my payments within the first 10 mins.

I get it.... its in the terms. But c'mon. It's bad business ethics at play here for a first time user making an honest mistake.

Big time gotcha move. 👎

I really liked the features it provides to a person who has no prior experience in marketing or UGC. It is very smooth and easy to use.

I am new to the world of AI and was looking for a user friendly tool for beginners to create AI videos using realistic looking avatars and Creatify delivered!

I used the Avator video tool and created several avatars and am amazed at how life like they look...it's scary good. lol

I will continute to uplevel my learning and hope to continue to expand my knowledge base of how to use AI tools for my business!

I found this AI video creation website and it is INCREDIBLE!!!! The software can create vdeos from a script with a real avatar person speaking y0our voice in their tone! Simply amazing!
