Hello, this is my second review on Created By Clem. I bought a £4 poster months ago and it still hasn’t arrived I have tried to contact them but nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I have ran out of patience and I want my money which I worked hard for it back.

Complete scam. Will charge you extra for no reason and will lure you into taking your money with fake redelivery sites.

createdby clem is a scam, the site does not clarify is a digital print you will get and when trying to download the link it doesn't work.
Fancy website that makes you believe is a proper company when is just a scam!

Downloaded 3 posters (site doesn’t say they are downloads)

When I came to actually download them, there was no images. I emailed the email address twice, no reply and no way of getting my money back

0 Stars should be an option for this I have seen the sellers response about shipping options however; there are some very crucial pointers missing in the customer service aspect of it. A site advertising free shipping and taxes; one would assume that shipping would be involved otherwise it would not be advertised as such. That is deceptive in all forms. There are standard business practices and there’s what this business is doing. If it was just a print service and advertised itself as such then the designs are not bad but deceptive marketing is illegal famously in the us.
These are the simple burden of proof for false advertising all of which can be met with how it is advertised in the us marker .
The defendant made false or misleading statements
The deception was material and likely to influence purchasing decisions
The advertised goods travel in interstate commerce
The plaintiff was likely to be injured

There is information that it is only links, but it is at the bottom of the website and hard to notice. They should add the information about the purchases being digital way more clearly.

I can only imagine this scam company will continue scamming kids out of their money, considering they not only got me for £12, but SPECIFICALLY target their posters to a younger audience, and claim they send physical products when they don’t. Pretty disgusting.

Created by Clem advertises worldwide and free shipping along with "verified" reviews, but customers only receive an overpriced download link instead of a physical product. The reviews seem fake, as some have future dates like 2025, raising suspicions.

The people running this site think they smart and all that. Choosing their words on their website and TikTok page wisely and leading people into thinking they receive physical posters.
Been in contact with law firms etc.

Placed an order and never received the items! The company then blocked me!

so scam you dont get anthing other then a png that you can print even tho it says free delevriey and stuff like that they know they scam if i dont get a refund you guys will be sued

I have never left a bad review on any brand, In fact this is my first negative review, I find it rewarding to praise companies but CreatedbyClem is daylight robbery. The company is aware of its misleading content due to the several negative reviews left on its page however it continues to funnel money in by scamming. I have emailed the seller multiple times for a refund however I have received no reply and have come to Trustpilot as a last resort despite NOT downloading ANY of the posters and still being within the 30 DAY refund policy. There is a reason why this Trustpilot has not received one good review. Seller claims they have "10,000 customers globally" and "1000+ verified 5 star review" which is a complete lie and cannot believe small business use these dirty tactics to trick its customers. The seller will definitely ignore this review as they do not rebuttal in my case.

Do not buy this! You dont get a physically poster you get a download you want your money back ? Dont think so Cuz its on sale they dont do refunds!

No where in the listing does it state that what you will receive is a download not a physical poster. On tik tok it says link in bio for posters ! Not true!
the company has stated in replies to other reviews that as they do not ask for a shipping address we as customers should know. but if you scroll through the promotion pictures they feature posters and poster postal tubes. Even one of their pinned videos has postal envelopes as the 1st picture....
I have bought download images previously from other sellers via etsy and they are always VERY clear about what is being sold.
Created By Clem is using brands and artists popular with kids then hiding key information in terms and conditions instead of being clear about what is being sold.
Very frustrating and an important lesson to me and my teenager.

As all the other reviews have said, don’t waste your time or money. Scam site, you won’t get any physical posters, customer service is non existent, reviews on the website are fake, they state they have 10,000 customers globally but it’s all run off a gmail account, just don’t bother. Do your research and save your money. If you do get scammed, do a chargeback to your bank or PayPal etc which will be successful.

Just got scammed £18, website tricks you into thinking you are buying physical posters by asking for sizes and shipping addresses but just emails you some pictures of the posters DO NOT BUY FROM

Despite having ‘worldwide shipping’ plastered all over their website, this company is a complete scam. Tried to order some posters for my brother and trusted him, ended up having two PDF files sent to me with the posters inside as they are ‘digital prints’ - £10 down the drain. DO NOT order from this website as you will not be getting physical posters and they will hold your address and card details once you have paid.

So annoyed I didn’t check here first. Complete scam. They send link to download for posters which I haven’t even clicked on as don’t trust it.
