Rated 1 because I can’t rate 0. Utterly appalling firm and avoid at all costs. I bought an expensive wine fridge in January 2024 which has developed a fault. It is still under guarantee but I need the pallet, polystyrene and all other original packaging to send it back. Needless to say, after almost 2 years, I don’t have it, so I need to source at my own expense. Customer Services unwilling to help and it’s up to me to resolve. Fridge will be disposed of and a replacement bought from a more reputable company. Use at your own risk.

I received my order after three weeks. Although the delivery took some time, it was worth it. However, I would recommend that the Creat team improve their customer service, as I did not receive any response despite sending three emails.

I placed my order during the last week of November and still have not received it. I needed it before December 20th, as it was meant to be a birthday gift, and I won’t be home again until January.
The tracking status has not changed from “label created.” Trying to contact this company has been extremely frustrating. The phone line barely works, and on the three occasions I managed to get through, I always spoke to the same employee who repeated the same scripted response: “Our customer service team will contact the transport company.”
After my second call, customer service finally emailed me on December 10th to say they had opened an “incident” and that it could take up to 20 business days to “locate” my package. This made no sense to me, since the package was apparently never handed over to GLS in the first place.
Because I wasn’t getting any clear answers, I contacted GLS myself. GLS France has no record of any shipment under my name, and GLS Spain confirmed that they never received a physical parcel (only that a label had been created).
When I called again on December 12th, I reached the same employee, who became irritated when I expressed my frustration. He insisted that I had contacted the wrong GLS region and claimed that only GLS Spain could help, even though I had already spoken to both. When I pointed this out and asked what exactly they were trying to “locate” if the package was never shipped, he became even more irritated and simply repeated that I needed to wait.
Later that same day, I received an email stating that they had received my returned package and that customer service would inspect it before discussing a refund. My order status also changed to “returned.” I have no idea how I could have returned something I never received. I emailed again asking whether this meant the package had been “located” and would finally be shipped to me, but I have not received any response.
I am still excited about the product itself, and if it does eventually arrive, I will update this review. However, at this point, the shopping experience has been absolutely ridiculous and deeply disappointing.

To resend a product you get stuck in AI whats app. Telephone waiting time is absurd. You need to send several pictures and details and they make it very complicated. No personal answer whats app, no e mail confirmation, and you pay 4,95 euros. All very frustrating!!

Return to GLS, nearest office 25 km. ,or at your delivery point. Instructions are hopeless by Create, no return label, tracking number is not recognized. A lot of parcels disappearing this way I assume. Another 1 star ⭐ experience. Let's see how this nightmare ends 🤞
And again a few e mails delaying the process of refunding. Asking ordernummer and IBAN,they all know, it's degusting policy.
Ha ha, again a e mail that the return will follow in 7 days., no info about the amount,...they keep on frustrating you, degusting policy. We are about 6 weeks later now for an amount of 28 euros, shame on Create.

I bought a fridge/freezer to be delivered to the UK. When I ordered the delivery time was displayed as 5/6 days. The unit was delivered 16 working days later.
Create have replied saying that they always notify about delays but this absolutely did not happen. They never contacted me about the huge delay.

I have 2 products form this company which both function really well for over a year now (Crystal Heater and a Ceiling fan).
Both times the delivery took a long time 3-4 weeks form Spain to Portugal.
Knowing this in advanced I bought a this product Hattori Kettle as I know the quality of the products and was already prepared on the long wait time.
To my pleasant surprise yje Kettle already arrived two days later. So I guess they upgraded their delivery system by a lot.

This has been, without exaggeration, the worst customer experience of my life. I have placed an order three separate times at a promotional price, and three times they have "lost" it with zero valid explanation.
The lack of empathy from the support team is staggering. There is absolutely no guidance, no ownership, and no desire to actually help. Talking to them feels like talking to a brick wall—they make you feel like you are the burden for expecting them to deliver what they sold.
It is now obvious that their Black Friday "deals" are a complete scam. They bait you in with a low price, cancel the order when it suits them, and then have the audacity to tell you: "Just order it again at the higher price."
That isn’t a solution; it’s extortion. They don't want to honor their prices, so they play games with your time and money until you give up or pay more. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this company at all costs.
I like the products because they have a nice design, and the quality is okay, absolutely not amazing. However, the customer service is extremely frustrating. You can only contact them by phone, and only between 9:00–18:00 on weekdays. I called from Portugal at 17:20 and got a message about “working hours,” so it's not clear if the hours apply to Portugal or Spain...
Before that, I had tried calling seven times in the morning and several more times during the day. Each time, I was told to wait, then transferred to a Spanish automated line, and then back to the Portuguese line, which said they were busy and to try again later. The “working hours” message also mentions a form on their website, but if it exists, it’s impossible to find.
I just wanted to know the color code of the Areia products, but this experience makes me worry about what will happen if one of my appliances actually needs real assistance.

Three months later and still no refund — extremely poor service
I received an order in mid-August for a fridge and filed a return the very next day. The package was never opened or dismantled, so there was no possibility of damage to the item.
It took over a week just to have the return approved — and that only happened after I posted a detailed review here. The fridge was then collected about 10 days later, in its original unopened packaging. I did not dismantle the package, and there was absolutely no damage.
Today is December 1st, and I am still waiting for my refund.
Every time I contact customer service, I receive the same generic response: “we are processing your return.” How is it possible that it takes three months to process a simple return and issue a refund?
This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Received a faulty product. The website is badly designed in that it makes it very difficult to report a fault with the product. The website has pre-designed 'problems' (that my issues did not seem to fall within) the return section insists you upload lot of photos and videos - but it would never accept the video I was trying to upload.
