I ordered a set of Christmas cards from a photograph of my nephew's artwork and I could not be more pleased with the cards. They arrived in 3 working days and are absolutely beautiful. Communication is excellent as well. I would highly recommend Crearty and will definitely be using them again.

Using my own design for creating a greeting card was straight forward, any issues or queries I had were answered swiftly by Nils. Although I had a concern over colour vibrance, the finished cards are lovely, so I am really pleased. Good choice of size and card thickness to choose from too. Will definitely be re-ordering!

My order then came quickly and was perfect.

Excellent customer service! Nils has helped me through the process of uploading and creating my cards (step by step - I'm a tech novice) and when a printer fault occurred on a few of my cards, Nils reprinted them immediately without any additional cost. They also sent the full order of 50 cards again when only 4 were damaged. The quality of the print is excellent - I've used recycled uncoated - and I'm so happy with the end result.

Printing was of high quality, layout correct, staff very helpful and prompt replies,easy to fold cards,delivery perfect. Managing designs also very easy. Excellent for me as an artist is to get 250 cards with10 different designs at a good price. This is something that too many printers do not consider. If Nils keeps his prices low for this and expands these offers he will get many more artist customers. (There is programming error with the total price being incorrect when you keep adding and altering your choices for the 10 designs, but log out and in again and all is correct.) . Shirley
