Avoid…

My friends husband ordered and paid £52 for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to his wife, the flowers didn't arrive, and as he was in hospital very poorly with cancer, it took him a couple of weeks to call and complain. The woman who answered the phone was not only extremely rude, she was absolutely vile!! She was adamant the flowers had been delivered, and she was incredibly condescending to him and refused to look into it or offer any refund or replacement flowers. Since then my friends husband has sadly passed away and these would have been the last flowers she would have received from him, this makes the woman's shockingly poor customer service even worse than she intended. I would avoid this business like the plague, and use one of the many other flowers shops that have a good reputation and excellent customer service.

We take all customer concerns extremely seriously and would never dismiss or speak to anyone in the manner described. We pride ourselves on both the quality of our flowers and our customer service, and if an issue like this had been brought to our attention by the customer, we would have thoroughly investigated it and worked to resolve it appropriately.

If I could leave a 0 star I would

If I could leave a 0 star I would. My husband had ordered me a flower box for valentine's day. He realised he had left it late but seen they did next day delivery, to which he paid for. And no sign of any flowers turned up that day.. As it was a weekend and he knew it would be busy he left it to see if they turned up. 4 days later he left an email to which I have proof of to cancel and refund He was obviously waiting for a response to which he didn't receive one . Due to personal reasons he got in contact via phone 12 days later. A woman rang him back saying she had spoke to the delivery driver and said they had been delivered. My husband replied well not to my house they haven't. Then she started getting snotty asking why he had waited 12 days to ring, over and over he replied he sent an email she replied they didn't receive one and did he not read the t&C's. Well obviously not but does not get away from the disgusting customer service. Then she kept asking again why he waited 12 days to ring in the end I was so irate, he did not want to say why as it was personal but I took the phone from him and blasted it to her over the phone. No apologies or anything. Apparently you need a signature she couldn't provide this or a pic. And reading some of these reviews I only wish he had first. It's not a florist I have ever heard of, or came across via word of mouth and no wonder. You can keep the £50 we are not scammers claiming something has turned up when it hasn't. I have a camera at the front of my house to prove no one came with flowers that day. In fact she didn't even say what day the invisible flowers were delivered. I was disgusted in the customer service my husband received today.

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. Whoever deals with the phone calls needs good lesson in it.
Flowers clearly sent to the wrong address yet accused my dad of receiving them. Stating he shouldn’t have waited 5 days to ask for a refund, baring in mind he ordered flowers on valentines weekend he gave the benefit of the doubt for them not to arrive in time.
Absolutely vile woman if she is the owner, continued to ask why he left it 5 days when the flowers were ‘delivered’ they were not delivered to our property. Terms state a signature is required when receiving the flowers but this wasn’t mentioned on the phone, stated she didn’t receive an email but we have the email so she clearly ignores them.
Personal reasons as to why it was left ‘5 days’ which she was also told about on the phone but the main reason was giving the company the leeway because of the busy valentines weekend.
She would not offer a refund as ‘the flowers were delivered’. To which she could offer no proof of this.
Judging by the rest of the reviews on here it’s a common occurrence.

Absolute disgrace of a company.

Absolute disgrace of a company.
Got order completely wrong then refused to actually talk to anyone properly to deal with the issues.
Brought dead flowers, that they ordered 8 days before the wedding and wondered why there customers were not happy with this.
They have made numerous claims like we have constantly sworn at them, bombarded them with texts messages and various other things without seemingly realising everything is either recorded or in some form of message be it be email, text, screen shots or recorded phone calls and all there accusations can be quickly disproven.
And after a bit of digging turns out they not part of any of the associations they were claiming to be and have not won any of the awards they were claiming to have. Funnily all of these have now been removed from there websites.
Do not trust star ratings associated with them as we have found out on sites where they can remove them they will.
Stay well clear they have no shame and will rip you off given the chance.

Worst experience from a business

So I am said lovely family member you are slagging off in Kerry beaumonts review I did not shout or swear and you I have the phone call recorded on my phone to prove that it was you that told me to f off and slammed the phone down, how water would ruin a dress of a 3 year old is irrelevant how would you like a dripping wet ball of yellow flowers all over you never mind the fact it was bigger than she is, you blatantly lie, flowers are horrible I took the photos and have them timestamped on my phone to prove when they were taken which was in fact the day of the wedding, you weee a sarcastic cow on the phone very proud of how poorly you treat us all and your response to the review shows that too
Your flowers are horrible and so is your attitude; the fact you have your reviews on Facebook turned off and delete the bad ones off your website speaks volumes, wouldn't even recommend your company to my worst enemy

Will the pomander be yellow and dead as the one you sent was. I’m also loving your keeping going with this we have evidence that you've admitted hat the flowers were dead on the wedding day, you are completely delusion but I commend you for your efforts trying to get the better of us but who’s been lying about the organisations they are part of and awards they have won. Your website is looking a bit empty now you’ve have to remove the lies

Also who’s swearing there is not a single swear word in any of our reviews or anything we have saved so think you need your eyes testing you can’t read and also can’t see colour

thank you for your review but we need to tell the truth now ,firstly the pomander was for a bridesmaid NOBODY said she was 3 otherwise we would of recommended something else ,it was cream and we sent you the flower order to show we ordered cream flowers but maybe you forgot that in the excitement of the day and it was actually in dry foam with wired and taped flowers to prevent it from being heavy and dripping water so mmnnn not sure how it could of ruined a dress with water when it was bone dry
also you forgot to mention the phone calls we received from your lovely family that swore and demanded a replacement NOW which we did within 10 minutes we delivered a small bouquet
the flowers were not dead we have pics to prove it before we delivered and pics of you holding your fresh lovely flowers at your venue
the pics you so kindly sent to us of the flowers we both know were pics that were 6 days old so yes the flowers will be dead its common sense no water for 6 days will look like the pics you sent
the reason we do not answer your calls or respond to endless texts and nasty emails is because we do not want to listen to your lovely family screaming and swearing and demanding things NOW and calling our florist and skills vulgar things
glad you enjoyed your wedding day and the pics were lovely

we haven't done anything wrong ,you unnecessarily complained about a pomander we sent a replacement in good faith end of story ,we also haven't actually spoken to you but just reply to your untrue emails ,we also didn't slam phone down as you stated as its a mobile and you cant actually slam it down just touch the off button! also maybe check your spelling in future emails (as we are sure they will be some ) as it makes you look stupid !(but i guess if the cap fits !)you are still not getting it about the dates flowers ordered 15th delivered 16th exactly right ,your pics YOU SENT were old ones from the 23rd you waited till flowers were dead and then took pics on 23rd of 6 day old flowers !! do you understand now ? hope this clears up the misunderstanding have a nice day

the flowers you keep referring to were the carnations ordered 15th as anyone with a brain understands they need to be ordered in advance to open to be used maybe think before you type

Ordered flowers for my grandads…

Ordered flowers for my grandads funeral, the wording was wonky, some letters looked larger than others, they were totally unfit, i was so upset, everyone at the funeral commented to say how awful they were, i approached cream and browns and was ignored so called them a few days later to speak with them about it, they said they provided a service and it was in good faith so there was nothing they could do, honestly stay away from this company, i wont ever use them again, first and last time, its so upsetting that its a final goodbye and the flowers are horrendous, karen from the shop knows that they are not acceptable as i sent her pictures but still wont apologise.

After their response which is complete lies, I was told that she had pictures and the funeral parlour must have made a mess of the flowers and she would send pics over but I got nothing,so had to chase again. Then I was told she didn't have pics of them so there you go, don't use these guys they have certainly lost customers who were at my grandads funeral anyway !

as explained to kelly the letters were not wonky when left our shop and it was impossible for some letters to be larger than others as all letters come in same size frame
the pictures received were exactly as should be nothing wrong with them that we could see as we explained to kelly over phone and via email so she was certainly not ignored ,we did explain to kelly we understood she was upset but maybe her vision and ours didnt match and we provided what was asked for so couldnt help any further

Flowers Beautiful and Delivered Ontime

Ordered some flowers online with this florist for my wife's birthday, and requested a specific time, and they arrives exactly as I asked. Flowers were beautiful and service excellent. 5* all the way, I will definitely use them again and more than happy to recommend.

I order funeral flowers which did not arrive. No apology given. They couldn’t find the order yet charged my bank account. Did not return my telephone calls, even Paul the Manager did not return my call as promised.
I did get my money back into bank after a couple of days but no apology for my embarrassment at not sending flowers to my brother in laws funeral.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible customer service

I ordered flowers for Valentines day (fair play they were delivered this day) I also spotted a bear to add to the order. On arrival the card had my instructions for what flowers written on it as well as message to my girlfriend, very embarrassing and unprofessional. The bear was also missing. I emailed with my issues and was told 'member of staff has been a liability today, apologies I'll sort refund for bear' 30mins later turned up with bear and complimentary chocolates, left with neighbour.

Bear was not the one advertised and the chocolates were out of date and even had the Best before date scribbled over in black pen, you could still see nov 2020.

After calling the manager to speak to her after she ignored 3 emails she said 'must have gone into Spam. I explained they are responding to an email conversation how can this be, continued to argue her point. Would not offer any refund as 'I recieved a bear not the one J wanted and the chocolates 'were free' even though our of date.

She ended the call. I am shocked and appalled.

If such an occasion arises we will make every effort to replace the item with a suitable alternative.) the chocolates were a goodwill gesture ,a FREE box of chocolates unfortunately cannot be refunded so we do not understand how else we could of helped you

I used cream and browns florists for…

I used cream and browns florists for funeral flowers during the lock down, i was unable to attend my uncles funeral in Middlesbrough and arranged for flowers to be delivered. Cream and Browns were the only florist open and they were very understanding and professional, they even sent me a picture of the flowers, and they were beautiful.

Great Florist World Class Service

I have used cream and browns florists on a number of occasions to send flowers, and have always found them extremely helpful, especially for last minute things. I called them at 08.00am this morning to send some sympathy flowers for a dear friend of mine, and I asked if they could be delivered today to Stokesley, and the lady said not a problem. They were delivered at 10.30am, now that's service for you. I highly recommend them their service is world-class and second to none. Thank you Cream and Browns Florist especially Karen who organized the flower delivery for me.

My Wife Loved Her Valentines Flowers sent to Middlesbrough

I used Cream and Browns Florist this Valentine’s Day to order my wife’s flowers online via there website. I’m writing this review because they went the extra mile. After I made the order I called them and said could they be delivered between 7.30 – 8.00am at the hotel were she was staying in Middlesbrough for work, and they did, my wife was so surprised and the flowers were beautiful, thank you Cream and Browns Florist.

Mum said the flowers were beautiful

I ordered some flowers for my parent’s anniversary to be delivered on the same day in Acklam Middlesbrough, and they were there within 2 hours. The website was easy to use, price was very reasonable considering it was a same day and the service was outstanding. My mum also said the flowers were simply beautiful. So yes I will be using them again and would have no problem in recommending Cream and Browns florists in Middlesbrough, based on my experience.

Great Service Excellent Florist in Middlesbrough

This morning I tried to send some flowers to my grandmother in Middlesbrough, I needed to send them today as it was her birthday and I had forgotten. All the florists in Middlesbrough were either too busy, couldn’t be bothered or wanted a fortune for same day delivery, except Cream and Browns Florist, the girl was so helpful and very jolly happy and promised they would be delivered within 2 hours. And an hour later my gran rang and said thank you for the flowers they were beautiful. Service 5 stars, price 5 stars, customer satisfaction 5 stars all round, we will most defiantly use them again, best florist in Middlesbrough.
