I ordered one K2 Creality on sale
I ordered one K2 Creality on sale, what I received was Two printers. I was charged the full price for one and the sale price for the other. It took me 2 months working with Creality and my credit card to get this resolved. I hope if I have a problem with my printer, I will get faster results.
Creality products
I had the misfortune of buying a laser engraver and 3d printer from them.
The laser engravers camera usb broke first use, the 3d printer you have to spend $60 every 3 months for a new print nozzle (hot end) don't make my mistake pay a little extra for a quality product.
Amazing business
Amazing business. I recommend them to anyone. I broke a part on my printer they accidently sent the wrong piece and sent me the correct one.
No spare parts for simple failure – expensive machine becomes unusable
I own a Creality Falcon 2 Pro and I cannot recommend this machine for long-term use.
The failure in my case was minor – only a connector/cable got damaged. However, this small and inexpensive part is impossible to purchase anywhere, not from Creality and not from official distributors.
At the same time, the only available option is to buy a full laser module for around $1000, which is completely unreasonable for such a small issue.
I tried contacting support multiple times. I received no response to emails, and WhatsApp communication felt automated and did not provide any real solution.
In practice, this means that even a simple failure can make the entire machine unusable, with no realistic way to repair it.
For a product in this price range, lack of basic spare parts and effective support is unacceptable.
I am sharing this so potential buyers understand that after the warranty period, they may be left without real support or repair options.
The worst service and experience I have…
The worst service and experience I have received from this company. I would suggest everyone not to buy this product.
Anything can happen and that is normal for any product. But, you have to have a positive attitude to resolve.
After service is really bad and frustrating.
Creality printers are amazing now on…
Creality printers are amazing now on the other hand customer service is awful. Honestly it makes you want to find another printer bc they don’t know how to do anything. I’ve had a hi combo then it broke & they send pieces to fix broke again. It’s problem after problem dealing with customer service. I got a k2 plus amazing printer but customer service is the problem.
Worst consumer experience of 2026, 2025 and probably 2027 too!
First of all, for a tech company, their website is the biggest pile of garbage I have ever used in a very long time. Its embarrassing and should have been a red flag prior to ordering. How can a tech company, not run a simple e-commerce website?
So I ordered a 3D scanner from Creality, and to be fair, shipping was pretty fast. Although the order never showed up on my account. I thought this odd at first, maybe a bug. Looking back at it now, I am pretty sure its by design to slow down returns and chargebacks. In fact, the entire company is pretty much geared towards this mission. Selling 3D printing good comes secondary to this holy mission of holding on to your money.
You see, Creality is one of those companies that have great disdain for their customer base. And it shows.
Unfortunately, the software does not work adequately. And crashes constantly, so much that I never did manage to get a single scan in. Having tried several different builds of their software, on a couple different hardware configurations, all results in a crashout less than a minute in.
Naturally I contacted support. Which was as helpful as a fart in a jacuzzi. They offered great tips such as sending me an unboxing video and asking me to turn off my firewall to use a local program. Great. Thanks. A reddit search shows me this issue has been going on for at least 4 years. So a fix is unlikely within my 14 day return window. Sent company clips / photos / examples, nothing helped, because they didn't even bother thinking about the problem. They just copy pasta an answer, try and flog you off, kick you off chat, so you can join the 1h30 queue all over again.
Left with no other option, I asked to return the item. Something I am legally and ethically entitled to.
And this is where creality shows their true colours.
They will lie, cheat, divert, and close live chats on you to stop you from starting the return process. Anything is fair game to edge you over the return window.
You will be given support tickets, which I am now pretty sure do not exist. Nor do you have any ability to follow up on them, much like orders they do not show up in ticket log. You will be asked to wait for emails that never come. Remember, they don't want to help you, they want to waste your time long enough to get past the return window. There are no rules in this regard.
I have now asked for a return on THREE separate occasions. I have had to wait over an hour on hold in chat for the privilege of doing so each time. And every time, I will be stone walled into support, or told to await an email with return details. That. Never. Arrive.
If you are thinking of ordering from them. DON'T.
If you have ordered from them, cancel.
If you are past the return window, you better hope you have a way to claw back your money. Because creality will rather sell their mother than return your cash.
As for myself, I did the only thing one can do. Opened a case and am awaiting a chargeback. The experience, attitude and service from this company has made it so I will never order from them again. Not a scanner, not a printer, not a half roll of filament.
Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible.
Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible experience.
I purchased a 3 d printer from the company. It didn't work from the moment it arrived.
Customer service acknowledged that the product was faulty however repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund. In the end I've had to escalate to PayPal to attempt to get the payment reversed.
They have also advised me to take actions that will clearly invalidate the warranty and that they will refund the money if I cancel the PayPal dispute. If I do this it will prevent me going through PayPal to resolve.
Avoid this company at all costs
No delivery, no refund for almost 2 months
Very disappointing experience with this store.
I placed an order for a 3D printer (order DE221539) and paid 529 €. The shipment was never delivered to me and according to DHL tracking it was returned to the sender.
Despite this, I have still not received a refund.
It has now been almost two months since this issue started. During this entire time the customer support has only sent repeated template replies saying they are waiting for confirmation from their warehouse. After such a long period this explanation is simply unacceptable.
The product was never delivered to me, yet my payment of 529 € is still being held.
According to EU consumer protection law and German law, the seller remains responsible for the shipment until the goods are actually delivered to the customer. In this case the delivery never happened.
What is most frustrating is the lack of a real solution. Instead of resolving the situation, support keeps repeating the same message again and again.
I would still prefer to resolve this situation peacefully and directly with the company, but after nearly two months without a solution this experience has been extremely disappointing.
I sincerely hope Creality will finally take responsibility and process the refund.
Absolutely rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. Printer had issues 3 months in. Sent me a part, fixed which I had to change myself. 6 months in new issue, now it's motherboard Apparently. They sent me board, still not fixed. I shouldn't be changing parts, Creality should be replacing at this age. I'm raising case with Ombudsman, goods are sold basically faulty. Creality will not address the issue directly. They just throw parts, here try this, try that. No good enough. Since purchased Flashforge, guess what? Million times better printer. Avoid Creality at all costs, cheapest for a reason. Buy cheap buy twice.
£900 printer unusable after 3 months – serious warranty concerns
I purchased my Creality printer on 1st December 2025 for approximately £900 for use within my small business. After just three months of normal, appropriate use, a small plastic retaining component within the pneumatic connector on the print head failed.
This component holds the PTFE tube in place. Because it has failed, the filament forces the tube out of the print head, pushing raw filament into the chamber and rendering the printer completely unusable. A £900 machine is now effectively a paperweight due to the failure of a minor plastic part.
This is clearly a warranty matter.
The most concerning aspect of this situation has been Creality’s after-sales support:
• My initial email was left for several days before I was told to contact a different address, rather than the query being forwarded internally.
• I used live chat and was told the issue had been raised and I would receive a response within 24 hours. No response was received.
• I submitted a formal support ticket and did not even receive confirmation of submission, nor any follow-up communication.
As a small business owner, downtime directly impacts my ability to fulfil customer orders and generate income. This is not cosmetic wear and tear — it is a functional failure of a key component well within what should reasonably be the warranty period of a machine at this price point.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, durable, and fit for purpose. A critical component failing after three months of standard use raises serious concerns regarding durability. At present, I am left with an unusable printer and no meaningful response from support.
The printer performs exceptionally well when operational, which makes the lack of effective warranty support even more disappointing. Quality hardware must be backed by accountable and responsive customer service.
I hope Creality address both the fault and their support processes as a matter of urgency.
Dont order from creality
Ordered a K2 Plus printer on 30. Januar. Delivery was estimated 5-7 days.24 february printer still hasnt moved. According to tracking last update is "label created". Customer support is explaining it away due to chinese new year etc. But printer ships from germany. Ive contacted customer support multiple times, with 0 help. Mails dont get answered.
After a while they answered with "out of stock" but still advertising with printers in stock.
Avoid creality, their logistics and customer support makes it not worth it alone, regardless if the printer us good.
The order was canceled
The order was canceled, after 20 mins they said they knew why but then took another 5 mins to tell me that I didn't fill in a billing address. After providing them with a screen shot of the order which had both my billing and shipping address. They started saying that was the only possible reason. Then tried to say use a different payment method at the end but couldn't tell me why that mattered. Lots of wasted time, and now the sales are over so reordering the items would cost me an extra $50. Will not buy from them again.
Package is 30 days late, my refund request is being ignored.
Pre-Ordered the new Sparki7, estimated delivery date was 30 days ago. I've called, email, and messaged multiple times to cancel my order but all I get is chatbot responses. What really gets me angry is that the responses to justify the delay are completely different every time. Chinese New Year, backorder, routing components from multiple warehouses, it's all BS. They still have $500 dollars of my money, If I don't get a refund today I'm going to report them as fraudulent. Avoid Creality, I'm starting to think that they're not a real company.
Avoid. They do not fulfil their responsibilites when things go wrong
The printer worked for a few months. Then prints began to go wrong.
There is no support in England to fix faults. Instead they expect you to fix them. Which does not comply with consumer rights here in the UK
Customer service is inconsistant, unhelpful, and repeated ignored requests and sent out replacment parts that weren't part of the issue.
They refused to replace or refund.
I would recommend avoiding Creality completely

The website is great and it has a lot of options to print but using the search bar is impossible It never finds anything
Customer Service non existent
Customer Service non existent. Faulty on arrival - automatic response all the time. Avoid them.
Worth every penny!
Worth every penny! I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son, and he absolutely loves it. The K2 SE was incredibly easy to set up—just plug and play. The print quality far exceeded my expectations. So far, we're thrilled with all its features. I'll definitely keep an eye on Creality's new releases and plan to buy another one for my nephew.

Extremely poor customer service, will not honor warranty
Extremely poor customer service, no post purchase support and will not honor warranty. , Bought a K2 Pro printer a couple months ago, top surface quality coming out extremely textured with and without ironing (gets worse when with ironing) it should be smooth. No settings in the software will improve this, no help from the community forums or in their troubleshooting guides online. Have tried calling the US line multiple times, no one picks up the phone. Company will not respond to request to honor warranty. Submitted a help ticket weeks ago, responses do not provide any help troubleshooting and are not giving any advice on how to address, nor acknowledging the warranty repair request. Requested a warranty exchange via the website defined method of email and have yet to receive any response. Do not buy from this company, you will regret it if you have any need for post purchase support and warranty issues.
