Works great
Works great, made my print quality (especially stringing) go away completely with PLA and PETG. LCD is a little bright though, would like a dimmer or a cover.
This printer is incredible
This printer is incredible - fast, precise, and effortless to use. Having tried multiple Ender models, this one tops them all. The CFS system makes filament loading a breeze!

Cleality Ender 3 KE disaster!!
I Bought the Creality Ender 3 KE printer. I received the item with few more products I purchased. It was fine. After almost 3 weeks the extruder was clogged. I tried everything to clean it but no success. I contacted the support that is in China. It's now more then 3 weeks into the problem, they promised a new extruder but I'm still waiting. Probably it is going to take then one more month until I see the part. In the meantime i can't print.
I'm a beginner and I tried to save money as much as I can. That was my big mistake. I should buy something more reliable that will support you in real time. If I could give them negative star I would have done that.
Poor from Creality, but they don't care!
Creality's business practices raise concerns:
Despite a two-year warranty, they refuse refunds for printer failures.
When a part fails, they claim it's excluded from the warranty or that the warranty period (typically three months) has expired.
They instruct customers to replace the faulty part themselves, even if the customer lacks the technical expertise.
If the customer damages the printer while attempting repairs, Creality blames them for not following proper instructions.
The only way to receive a refund is through the small-claims court.
Avoid the Ender V3
Printer was set up following the directions included. The printer (Ender V3) did not intiate the fans or follow any of the steps mentioned on the website. I called customer service. The man on the phone was great and gave me the information to initiate the return.
I have been emailing customer support for over a month now. I went to my bank and they suggested filing a dispute after two weeks passed and I had not heard back.
Today I received a request to complete this survey moments after customer service finally replied to me. They asked me to submit a video and photo of the error. I did both of these weeks ago.
Printer does not work out of the box. The reviews online are bad. The steps required to confirm it was a dud of a machine took longer than it did to set up the Bambu A1 combo and complete two prints.
Avoid the Ender V3. I cannot speak for Bambu on a scale larger than the one that I ordered, but it is a night and day difference in quality
Ordered my K1C on the 06/10/25
Ordered my K1C on the 06/10/25, it arrived on the 08/10/25, it is now the 18/10 and I am still unable to use the printer as it arrived with a faulty touchscreen and it has taken this long to send out a replacement screen. as of the 18th I currently have no idea when I will be sent a replacement screen and their only responses have been to be patient. all they need to do is grab another K1C, confirm the screen works and then send it over to me. This should have been completed within 2 maybe 3 days max, not what is likely to become over a 2 week wait.....
Two words to describe creality "Dog…
Two words to describe creality "Dog shit" spent a thousand pounds on 2 scanners and nothing works with windows 11 and out of 3 other windows 10 machines only worked with One. Your software is not user friendly and has no work arounds to fix problems that you shouldn't have in the first place. Customer service wants your whole life history before even being able to email them. Creality looks like a another scam company from China ,makes things look nice but getting them to work forget about it. Avoid this trash and spend your money else where. And if a rep from creality wants to talk to me about this do it at your own peril because I won't be polite about this
Ender 5 Max
I ordered within the first hour of release and received the printer 4 days later. Pretty fast from California to Louisiana. Print was easy to assemble and instructions are detailed. Takes 15 minutes if you're mechanically inclined. Setup and starting are what you would expect from recent Creality printers. Prints super fast and well to boot. Bed heats in record time as well. Now for my issues. Color printing in Creality Print causes my Ender 5 Max to crash after swapping filaments. The firmware appears to be rushed and not polished compared to my Ender 3 v3 Plus. NO ROOT at the moment which is probably the biggest let down by far. Feels like Creality rushed this printer into the market. No reviews on Youtube not many articles detailing specs, but still for the price is an amazing printer. Still do not regret buying it. I will change my review when root is available.
I FEEL Cheated
I have K2 Plus Combo printers. Everything about them is fine, but only on paper. In a real-world environment, they are below criticism. I also don't like the fact that they hide important things from their customers, such as the fact that the nozzle heaters cannot last more than 300-400 working hours. You have to stock up on a whole box of heaters, and they are not cheap consumables. I am extremely dissatisfied, and their customer service is below par, with you having to wait days for a response. In resolving the latest dispute, they told me they would send me RFID filament, but they sent me regular filament, and when I asked them why, the answer was, "Well, that's all we have in stock right now." They cannot be trusted for anything. I have stopped trusting them and will never buy another one of their products or recommend them to my customers.
Not disappointed at all
There were a lot of poor user reviews for this company on Trustpilot, which contrasted significantly with the generally excellent technical reviews for their resin printers. The user reviews made me wary, but I wanted the quality and took the risk.
The order was delivered in two days, so no issue at all there.
The setup was mainly OK, but not seamless. There were no instructions for unboxing, although there were no problems in the process. I could find no readily accessible printed manual or quick start guide. I went online for a manual and found it, and a video walked you through the setup process. I then found the installation guide and a manual on a USB stick, but they were in a packet under the build plate and not accessible without raising the plate in the setup instructions!
I went through the setup instructions on the video and recovered the USB stick and tools. Ran a test build and all worked fine.
There was no need to contact anyone, so I cannot comment on the service quality, but then who provides good service these days anyway.
The manual was in mostly good english, but a bit light on for full explanation of the fuctions.
So five stars for the product and three for the instuctions - four stars overall
i purchased a k1max
i purchased a k1max. took me quite sometime to get it working properly sort of. after minimal usage over a 2 year period it broke down and issued an error code to replace mainboard. not happy but replaced it at my expense. DID NOT fix the problems so after a cost/benefit analysis i decided to buy an elegoo printer for almost a third of the cost of another K1. best thing i did as is an excellent machine which worked correctly straight out of the box. threw K1 into bin and i will never buy another creality product.
Creality K2 Pro Combo
It's really not very efficient to diagnose or remedy clogs to your nozzle, in my opinion. If it comes down to a significant downtime where I'm jamming needles into the thing, heating it up and cooling it down, etc then it's cost too much of my time to be worth the cost of simply replacing the nozzle with a shiny new one. That's what I like about this package. It's the stock nozzle, nothing fancy, and you get a fantastic quantity of them.
No helpful support
Build quality can feel inconsistent, and customer support is sometimes slow or unhelpful. Although the large online community provides tips and modifications, the need for frequent upgrades and adjustments makes Creality printers less ideal for users who expect a smooth, plug-and-play experience.
I didn't receive the item
I didn't receive the item. The responsibility was always shifted to the end customer, even though the item was never delivered! So I paid €550 without receiving any goods, and the retailer offered no assistance.
Bullsh*t customer service
Their customer service is nearly non-existent and incredibly incompetent! They do NOT honor their own factory warranty. In my case the touchscreen died in less than a year from purchase. After three days of their procrastinating, they acknowledged it was under warranty and covered. They said they were sending a replacement screen. Then they refused to respond over the course of over two weeks. Then the day my warranty finally expired they sent an automated email stating my ticket is resolved and closed! I just bought a replacement screen on Amazon. I will NEVER buy another Creality product! The K1C is bought is garbage quality as well BTW! Especially compared to the competition. Maybe I'll buy a BambuLabs printer next time...
K1C extruder fail after 20h
I've got a K1C directly from Creality, which has been printing fine for ~20h. After that, the extruder failed due to a bad bearing, which seems to be a common issue (likely design fault).
Creality refused support, stating that the extruder is only covered by 3 months of warranty (instead of the normal 2 years in EU).
Creality K1C = Creality K1C
I recently bought a Creality K1C 3D printer. My old Ender 3 — which I had owned for about 4–5 years and heavily customized with upgrades (dual Z-axis, all-metal hotend, direct-drive extruder, BLTouch, custom Marlin firmware, and a replacement mainboard) — finally gave out, most likely due to a failed stepper driver on the upgraded board. So, it felt like the right time to get a new printer.
I decided on the K1C. A major reason I chose Creality again was that their software is open source, which I really appreciate — I like the idea that the community can contribute and improve it.
One thing I respect about Creality is that you get exactly what you pay for. The specifications, strengths, and weaknesses of each machine are well documented online and widely discussed on video platforms. In my opinion, Creality printers are solid, well-engineered machines with a fair price-to-performance ratio. They’re not perfect, but they’re also very affordable for what they offer.
What I’ve always liked — even back when I had my Ender 3 — is the strong community and ecosystem around Creality printers. This makes it easy to customize and expand the machine, so even if your needs change later, you can adapt your printer to keep up.
Compared to my old Ender 3, the K1C is a massive leap forward. All the upgrades I had painstakingly installed back then now come standard, with much better build quality out of the box.
Itś not a problem if something works…
Itś not a problem if something works not properly. The big problem is the support. I have an Ender3 S1 with a laser Modul and a SonicPad. The laser Module doesn´t work. Support didn´t help. Just standard Answers and after 3 emails - no more communication. I'm really disappointed. So i've changed to bambulab.
Ender-3 V3 SE
It is uncomplicated in use. The precision is sufficient.
I am happy with Ender-3 V3 SE.
