I contacted crea8webs.Uk to ask if they could edit several logos I had already chosen. I explained that I couldn’t get the colours I wanted or font so please could they do that for me. I sent three designs and the sent the colours and the font I wanted. I asked if it was possible to do it today or asap and they said that was fine.
I waited 8 hours and no response so got in touch again. They sent through one design they had come up with, not at all what I asked for. I just needed the three logos I sent through altering. They even had the colour and font so it should have been so simple but no, they didn’t do that and then proceeded to argue with me telling me they had done their job and wouldn’t refund me.
I explained that they hadn’t done anything o asked but they were rude and just didn’t seem to understand at all what I was saying.
I sent three images saying these but in the colours that follow and font.
It was worse than banging my head against the wall and all they did was argue and then say I was rude because I said that they hadn’t done anything I asked.
What is the point of stating you will do something the customer likes and then ignore what you have been asked?! That is no way to run a business and then to give me a whole load of grief for it.
I have saved the messages so anyone can see I have not been rude at all, frustrated, absolutely but not rude.
They then scolded me as it was a Sunday and said they had other things to do.
The whole reason I messaged was to ask if they were able to do it today and they said yes. They clearly couldn’t change the colours or font of the logos I sent through and should have said no. You don’t then tell a customer off because you worked on a Sunday. I waited 8 hours and no response and so messages back.
Now they refuse to refund me having not done anything I asked when having scolded me and called me rude.
I would never recommend them unless you have no clue what you want and then maybe you will be okay and I wouldn’t give them a time frame because they will tell you off and be rude to you.
I have all of the messages saved!!
