We specialise in checking and processing Basic Disclosure applications and provide support and advice specifically for the Basic Disclosure Online Application. We do not currently handle applications for Standard or Enhanced DBS checks although we may be able to advise on who you need to contact if you do require a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.

I was told i needed an enhanced DBS…

I was told i needed an enhanced DBS check for a job i applied for. I ended up with a corporate account I didn't need, and the whole process was very confusing. I wish to have a refund. Thanks.

I have just spoken to CRB by phone, and they explained thoroughly the situation and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on DBS checks and personal data management in general. They have completely put my mind at rest regarding the personal data they hold on me and have issued a refund. I thoroughly recommend this service for anyone with DBS requirements.

I clicked on enhanced DBS and it…

I clicked on enhanced DBS and it redirected me to basic dbs and I hadn’t noticed the small print and continued to fill it out, No customer service at all. I continued to pay the fee to do self employed dbs I wasted money making an account and then it says I can’t do it myself. Waste of money. They are happy to charge but not help me do an enhanced DBS.

Alisa was very helpful and quick to respond

The ticketed support system is a bit annoying when you want to talk quickly, however, once communication starts, they do get back to you quickly.
Alisa handled my application and I found her very helpful. My application needed to be cancelled and she did this quickly, giving me a refund.
