Ordered Cake plinths for my wedding got a ride on kids tractor delivered!! 5 phone calls to call centre only to be told repeatedly I need to email and send photos which I did while on ph to call centre!! Three emails later and the ONLY RESPONSE I have had is we will send courier to get tractor!! Then emails from courier company demanding to pick up. I will not be returning the tractor because after reading all the reviews I have absolutely 0 faith I will receive a refund of my $200

Order was addressed to a business & delivered at 8.30pm and left on the side of a road outside a very obviously closed business. Not surprisingly it had been stolen before staff arrived at work the next day. Despite numerous phone calls to Crazy Sales and the Courier company I have not received a refund, nor any response from Crazy Sales to what has occurred. DO NOT USE. Whoever left the order on the side of the road, with all businesses closed, would know it was highly unlikely to still be there the next day. But they left it there anyway. And no one from either company seems to care at all. Dispute should be between Crazy Sales & the courier company, NOT the customer.

Terrible company. I regret ever ordering from them. No product, no service, no answers, no refund. They just blame the courier company and say they will investigate. 4 day delivery time window. 2 weeks waiting and nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

This company has the worst after sales care and the call centre has people who either can't understand what you are saying or just don't listen. The return policy is a hassle and costly. The courier company they use do not answer their phones either.
Avoid buying anything from this company.

THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.... They say the item is on route but the tracking details state its yet to be collected. NO REFUND - after 10 days its yet to be collected!!!! Dont even try talking to them --

Do Not buy off this site I bought a suitcase sent messages, emails, on their chat which is never live or anyone on. in the end rang was on hold over 20 mins give my reasons why i wanted to cancel order, it was still down has being processed on the site so had not left, she lied saying they had received no emails or chat from me. and that the item was going to be sent out today so to late to cancel, if i did not want it when it arrives i can refuse it and when they get it back, they will keep %20 of the cost of the item, they are corrupt and deliberately do not reply or answer any chat or email so they can spin this lie, Please do not be taken in like me with their free postage no such thing the item its self is more expensive on their site plus they rip %20 of any returns, I am deleting my account with them there degusting at customer service.

Scammed out of fifty bucks

Crazysales has cheap prices the items are poorly made and if you need customer service forget it

MISSING DELIVERY
I ordered the 180cm snowman and a light up Christmas Star. The snowman has never been delivered, and instead of receiving a Christmas Star I was sent a string of Christmas lights. I have repeatedly called and emailed Crazy Sales but they tell me they’re looking in to it, but never do a thing. Christmas is just over 3 weeks away and I have nothing. I want my money back you scammers.

I bought spin mop, been 2weeks never arrived
Tracking number untraceable, stay showing pending..
Call CS twice they said investigation 12-15 working days (approximately 3weeks)
Can’t ask for refund unless investigation is finish.

What is shopping online mean if I have to wait for 1.5months to get my items

Pool cover. Did not last one season. Contacted and told only three month warranty. A 500 micron pool cover from anywhere else has a 5 year warranty. There is no saving if you have to buy a cover every year.

Ordered 2 "cupcake displays" from this website, 1 did not arrive and the 2'nd was very far from advertised. Tried to contact the company for a return, but couldn't find anywhere to do this on the side so lodged a Paypal dispute.

Almost 2 months later the issue has still not been resolved and they seem to be fighting against providing a refund despite lots of evidence of the damage caused by moving the display once caused.

I also submitted a 1 star review of the product on the site to warn future buyers but this has either been deleted by crazysales or they never posted it.

Use this site at your own risk.

I bought an EXPENSIVE $165 motion sensor dual kitchen bin. arrived & the frame was welded at the base a little off, so it wasn't sturdy (it rocked, even when i tried to put something under to stabilise) contacted service team as per “30 day money back guarantee” & even sent 2 videos SHOWING IT. They refused refund. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst experience of online shopping ever . Not only do they use a courier who you cannot contact , Aramex , Crazysales seem very reluctant and non committed to providing customer support or transparency. Asked for product refund which I am still waiting for. I would use others when shopping online as you will receive far better customer service and courier service. Aramex are the worst courier that are borderline criminal.

I could not fault them. I had confirmation email when order placed then another one two days later saying it had been shipped. Parcel received in perfect order and very happy with the product which was two floating shelves. Well done team!

I was sent the wrong item and it was a lot cheaper than the more expensive item I did buy and when contacted about getting a refund/returning the item I stopped getting emails from them that they apparently sent with information about returning product and postage label. When contacted about it, it was all my fault and they sent through the label and so I sent item the next day and i advised them. Only to not get any reply for another few weeks and after contacting them again they have not received the item and want me to investigate and find item and won’t issue any refund till it’s received by them.
Avoid buying from this business not worth it

I believe you are running a risk with this company. I ordered a $100 games controller and it arrived with no issues within 10 business days. Don't spend any money you're not willing to have the chance of losing. I have heard multiple people saying crazy sales is a scam but I've also heard people getting their products including me so. It's just a risk like a lot of sights really.

Wish I could give them no stars. Send me a faulty cat cage, refusing to pick up and still no refund. Will not allow me to speak with a manager. Keep telling me it is a priority to pick up but still waiting. Do not purchase from these people.

I regretted not seeing the poor review on Crazy Sales. Would not have ordered anything from them.

Bought a shoe rack and the delivery was very fast - arrived the following day. This is the only good thing.

However, the design of the shoe rack is so poor that the drawers cannot be fully closed with normal pairs of men's shoes and sneaker - size 7.

Sent photos showing the issues but not getting a satisfactory reply.

After numerous correspondence with Crazy Sales, they confirmed that the shoe rack cannot store even men's size 7 shoe.

I wonder how many people will buy a shoe rack that cannot even be used for size-7 shoes.

The product photos only show the overall dimensions and their reply was that I should have checked with them about storing size-7 shoes before placing an order. They are putting the responsibility on the buyers i.e. it is the buyer's fault for not checking with them first.

Anyway, I am going to file a complaint against them with the ACCC for misleading advertisement by not disclosing such unusual shoe size limitation for a shoe rack.

Also, do not trust their buyer review on their website because I have submitted my review on their website and they refused to publish it. It is still showing 5-star for the product.

They are a bunch of crooks.
