Pretty sure this site is a scam, or at least a terrible business

Pretty sure this site is a scam, or, at best, a terrible business.

I ordered a puzzle of the London Underground. Shipping took forever (this part I was prepared for). When it finally arrived it was a puzzle box in a film wrapper. Box was damaged, was the wrong puzzle.

Their site clearly states if the item is incorrect they will resend if you contact within 3 days of arrival. I have now emailed back-and-forth with them several times and all they have done is offer me a five dollar then six dollar then seven dollar refund. They are not acknowledging their policy is to send an item again, as clearly stated on their site (I sent them a screenshot of the policy).

I’m pretty sure this is one of those situations where a company has dozens/hundreds of websites selling the same items and they just dump them if needed.

I suppose I’m going to spend today putting together an ugly cat puzzle.
