WRONG ORDER...BAD SERVICE!

The first time, my order went unfulfilled for a few weeks. I tried calling during business hours. No one answered the phone. Finally, someone emailed me and said my order would be fulfilled. I received the order yesterday. TOTALLY WRONG ORDER!!!! I have called, emailed, and filled out the form on the website. I placed this order over a month ago! They obviously don't check the items before shipping. I'm waiting for them to correct this, but with the dealings I've had so far with this company, I'm not holding my breath. My advice, order from another entity, not directly from this company.

CrazyCups has terrible Customer Service

We started using CrazyCups during the pandemic & they were great. Then the fulfillment & shipping times became very long & we didn’t order for quite some time.
I placed an order on 12/10/25 for a number of items for holiday gifts. As of 12/18/25, my order is still listed as unfulfilled. Email inquiries regarding status have been ignored. I finally reached them by phone & was told my order was ready to ship & would be expedited. Now, 9 hrs later, my order status still says “unfulfilled”. I am posting this review & complaining to PayPal.

HORRIBLE company - AVOID!!

Ive been a customer over a year. This last order- 20 pack variety + 4 cups of caramel eggnog KCups arrived safely, but when I opened it, the 20 pack box had been opened and retaped. The 4 caramel eggnogs were in there, but there was only 16 of the variety. CLEARLY someone at Crazy Cups tampered with it, but they were trying so hard to blame UPS! I asked for the 4 missing cups or refund and I'm hearing crickets!! The worst ever customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered directly from Crazy Cups on September 26, 2025. The order said it was delivered October 3rd, but we were home, even outside working on setting up for Halloween at the time it said it was delivered. I contacted the company and they contacted the courier and told me it was mismarked with being delivered. They said they would resend my order out to me. That was fine, I understand things happen. Anyway, it is now October 14th and I still have not received my order or any tracking info that they said they would email once it shipped. Once again I contacted them to inquire about my order and they responded that it got lost in transit. So, once again I still did not get my order. I emailed again to ask if this was normal or what, but no response. I am requesting a refund and I hope they honor that...

They lie to delay and never deliver

My first order was perfect. It was down hill after that. Coffee not restocked is one thing but placing a large order and never receiving it is another. I emailed and got a response they'd reship but they didn't. I emailed again, they said the same but didn't. Finally they just stopped responding. I imagine they'll be out of business soon.

Must not want more customers

Not everyone is a coffee drinker but I love their creamy chai tea latte, spicy chai tea latte and gingerbread cookie hot chocolate. I have given up on this company as they are never in stock.

I really want to give them a good…

I really want to give them a good review but here’s what happened I ordered a variety from pack of coffee grounds and some cups got most of my order was missing a coffee grounds… so I contacted them and they were super nice and said they would send it. I got an order… wrong coffee grounds… so I contact again, ask if they were out and just wanted an explanation said I’d send pics said they didn’t need them. And they’d send the coffee grounds, it’s been 2 weeks, I’ve contacted them twice and I have to say there is a problem there not being honest about.

Again I love the products but they need to deliver on it, why sell when you don’t have the product? Whats happening ?

Still waiting for my order

Update: I received an apology for the poor customer service and a $5 discount off my next order. I will give them another chance because they tried to make it right!

When I asked about my order, via their BOT; I was told I would receive a reply within 3 minutes. 10 minutes later, I asked again; and finally, a rep replied, "We were in a meeting". What??? Why tell us we will receive a reply in 3 minutes if no one is monitoring our messages? I stopped using Amazon for my coffee deliveries and was truly hoping Crazy Cups would replace my monthly orders. But with a 7-10 day shipping and poor customer service, I will NOT be using them again. I should have read reviews on here before placing my order.

What happened to this company?

I have ordered many times and am pleased with the product itself. My recent order was missing 2 items. I can't get past the automated bot that has replaced customer service. It just says they usually reply within a few minutes. Ha! No one answers the phone. Can't leave a message either. It just rings and rings. I will probably contact the BBB even though the missing items are only worth 8 bucks.
Update: I did receive an apology and reshipment. But they only sent one of the missing items, so I am waiting for the second replacement shipment.

Need to improve customer service!

I gave them 1 star because their product a really good. It is the shipping, and customer service, that let this company down. The first time I placed an order, I chose for pods to fulfill the minimum shipping requirements, and they sent the incorrect flavor. They made good, and sent the correct pods. For my next order, I signed up for their subscription plan. It wasn't even 1 month, and they were out of stock on one of the 2 flavors in my subscription. I made another choice for the following month. I ordered a box to hold me over until my subscription orders were shipped. Here's what really gave me a feeling toward this company. I was notified the product was delivered. It stated the date, time, and where it was placed. I had never received the order. I have a security camera showing my front door, and mailbox, and it doesn't show that I received any deliveries at that time, or any time that day. I emailed Crazy Cups, and was told the order was shipped via UPS, but dropped off at my local post office for final delivery. They showed a screenshot of the date and time it was delivered. I went to the UPS website, and the tracking states that THEY delivered it, at the same time?
Crazy Cups informed me that as a 1 time courtesy, they will replace the order. 1 time courtesy? I never received the order! They told me it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office and do the follow up. They were treating me like I had "claimed" to never received the product, in order to get another for free.
I will give the 1 more chance, because their products are good. But honestly, the hassle is not worth it.

Decent product. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

TL:DR — Don't expect any help from their customer service.

I subscribed to their monthly flavor variety pack. This went just fine for several months. In December, I received the December box. All good there. In January, I expected to get the January box but instead, I got a notification that the December box is out of stock. When I log on to the site, it looks like my entire subscription has been canceled.

Their customer service refused to even look at the account the first two times I contacted them. They just reiterated that the Dec box was out of stock. Finally, I got the message through to them that there was a larger problem here. They said there was a "glitch in your account" and they were going to fix it and refund a portion of my order. Allegedly a replacement would be sent within 24 hours. It's now four days later with no further word from them. I've given up. It's a shame because I like their coffee, but it's not worth the hassle.

ETA: Today (1/26) I got another notice that the December box is out of stock. Unbelievable.

My favorite KCup brand for coffee and Hot Chocolate!

This is my favorite coffee brand! I love getting this through Amazon and Walmart with EBT. All the coffee and Hot Chocolate flavors are fantastic! The variety packs are almost always up to date for the holidays! Most of the cardboard or boxes I received have been great with no issues! The Red Velvet Hot Chocolate is becoming my one of my new favorites. Best K-cups I have ever tried!
