AVOID
AVOID. Did a course with them in October last year, in Portsmouth.
My instructor would waste so much time chatting about nonsense and he didn’t teach me anything. I was promise a test not long after my course, however my instructor cancelled, and continued to cancel all other tests that were booked for me (five tests!!!!) until I eventually got one in February after continuously messaging to get one booked. I obviously failed as it had been such a long time since the initial course.
Some of the tests were booked way in advance and my instructor said they clashed with other students tests - he was blatantly cancelling my test to prioritise other students.
Now have a new instructor and he said he cannot believe my previous instructor would put me forward for a test as he had not taught me enough or correctly.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I was promised a start date when I booked the course and was told that an instructor would be in touch with me to confirm the booking. With 3 days left until the start I still hadn’t heard anything so I rang the number provided in the email. There was no answer (There was also no answer the other 10+ times I tried to contact them during the process) I explained my situation to the man on the phone who was rude and unhelpful from the minute he picked up the phone. I was eventually told I’d be contacted by an instructor before my first lesson. Come the start date I’d still heard nothing so I contacted the company again. The same man then told me that the driving instructor they had found didn’t cover the Nottingham area (First lie.) 2 days later the driving instructor who I was apparently meant to be booked in with in the first place called to arrange lessons in Nottingham and arrange future lessons. With my lessons under way I rang the company to ask if they had booked a start date which they hadn’t but the same man on the phone told me I’d 100% be able to get a test before my holiday (lie number 2) I waited a few days and contacted the company again as I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to get a test in time. Still nothing had been booked so I told them if they couldn’t find me a test by the end of the day I would be requesting a refund. In this same phone call I was verbally abused, talked down to and lied to throughout. The man who answers the phone has the maturity of a school child to the point where he refused to give his name and replied ‘John Smith’ when I asked the question. 2 minutes after this call I received a phone call telling me I had a test booked- funny how fast that could happen after I said I would be requesting a refund. The test date however was a week later than promised meaning I had to miss my holiday. In summary I paid £850 to be sold lies. Save your money and try to find cancellations yourself. If I could rate this company 0 stars I would.
Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague: they are a money making scam.
Unfortunately after paying the deposit they never found me an instructor or a course, even after 8 months... Not a peep from them, even to reassure me that they were still looking. Once I asked for a refund they didn't respond to a single email or phone call and appear to have blocked my phone number. They tried to steal my deposit and only the threat of legal action forced them to return it. Beware!!!!
Please don’t ever book with them
Booked crash course keep calling no instructor no one calling back terrible company want my money back
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - USE ANYONE ELSE
Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. Booked my course back on April 11th, called to check that there was a test at the end and I was told the earliest slot was actually for the week commencing the 22th of May, but the site was only showing the 29th. The calendar on the site only showed the 29th BECAUSE IT ONLY SHOWS YOU WHAT DATE IT IS IN 6 WEEKS TIME NOTHING ELSE, it does not show the ACTUAL AVALBILITY. So I book the course and pay my £324 deposit. I get the confirmation email stating that my course is now starting on the 12/06/2023, awesome.
So book my time of work and wait. the 12th of June rolls around and there's no instructor at my door, no phone calls, no emails. Nothing. So I call up and find out what's gone one, only to find out THE INSTRUCTOR THEY BOOKED FOR ME SAID I WAS TOO FAR OUT OF HIS RANGE (It was a less than 15 min drive away by the way). When were they going to tell me this? Well, when I spoke to them on the phone I was told it WAS RESPONSIBLITY TO CHECK THAT THE INSTRUCTOR WAS GOING TO TEACH ME.
And so for the past week I have called them up and been told a whole bunch of absolute **** about how they're finding me a new a instructor, and they're waiting to hear back from the instructor, and "I'll give you a call back" only to ever ONCE been called by the guy in the office who needs a new attitude.
He started to get offended when I asked for a solid time-frame on when I can expect a call back today about getting my new course booked in. He told me that I couldn't speak with the instructor because he's teaching, but that he could call him because "he answers the phone when I call" So I told him to forget it and to start the process of refunding me my deposit.
Aboslutley horrible company. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS…
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I called and signed up for an automatic course back in March paying a £444 deposit. I received an email confirming a start date of 22nd on May for a 10 day intensive driving course with a practical test to take place on the final day!
Having passed my theory test in April I called to see if I could get the driving instructors details in the hope I could get some 1 hour lessons booked in advance of the course start date. I was told an instructor would call me back. After not hearing anything for a week I called again and was again advised an instructor would call me back. This never happened.
12 days before the course start date I called advising I desperately needed to speak with the instructor to discuss times for each day of the course to book the time off work. After pressing it became clear that NO INSTRUCTOR HAD BEEN BOOKED!!!
I was then offered a revised start date of June 19th...but no practical had been booked for me and the next available date was October!!
I withdrew from the course and requested a refund of the deposit. 5 working days later this still had not been received leading to us having to call and chase again!
Refund now processed and I have found a much better supplier who have been amazing. New course booked for the end of July with a confirmed practical booked for August 2nd!
CCDS can not provide the service they advertise! Please avoid!!
Dreadful dealing with situation.
Terrible company! Not happy with how they dealt with any of my situation at all. I was let down twice on dates for a crash course. I paid £444 deposit and when I get told I’m having a phone call on a date to let me know what’s going on I hear absolutely nothing. Terrible company.
Go somewhere else
I took a week off work to take my intensive lessons before my baby is born. Booked and paid the deposit months in advance. Paid for 25 hours and a theory test, a week before my test and lessons I hadn't heard anything about instructors or where the lessons would take place. I emailed multiple times and didn't hear anything back. When I called the guy just said sorry they were not able to find a driver... And a theory test wasn't available but didn't bother to let me know.
Honestly just seems like they don't put any effort into finding you an instructor or a theory test... looks like the whole thing could be a scam. I booked months in advance and didn't hear anything?
Still waiting for my refund.
What a shame. Avoid this place at all costs.
AWFUL save your money
Most unprofessional company. Booked for a crash course in August and paid fully for the course. Received 2 hours in September and 2 hours in October the driving instructor was completely unprofessional and would never have time for his students. I did not receive a crash course at all. Then without warning received an email from the company saying my instructor had cancelled the remainder of my crash course. And 2 months later I am still fighting to get a refund from them. I have now had to make a formal complaint to the DVSA and now having to take legal action to attempt to get a refund and they are now ignoring my emails. Terrible company.
Worst company going!
Worst company going!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Didn't supply the amount of lessons ghat had been paid for, failed to supply a test and stole my coat and refused to give it back
Rude staff, let down at last minute
We booked a crash course in Sept for our daughter and were found a test for November. Nearing the test date, we emailed on several occasions to find out more details - all our emails were ignored. One week before the test was due we were told that no instructor could be found and therefore the test would need to be cancelled. The person on the end of the emails was polite and professional but I'm afraid the same cannot be said for the man on the end of the phone. Even at the early stages when we were trying to find out more details about the crash course process he was rude, abrupt and seemed almost exasperated by our questions. In all honesty, it came as no surprise to us that we were let down last minute.
Great service and a really friendly and…
Great service and a really friendly and helpful instructor. My daughter passed first time with this course.
Would highly recommend.
Really pleased how Suzanne instructs…
Really pleased how Suzanne instructs and explains lessons to a T , I would highly recommend anyone to have lessons with Suzanne she is a patient lady give her a ten out of ten for her expertise 😁
Nothing but a scam
Nothing but a scam.
Booked a driving course in march for end of june, less than a week before it’s due to start it’s cancelled, with no option of another date just a refund.
Staff were incredibly rude and unempathetic.
My partners job was conditional of him completing this course so now is at risk of loosing his job because there is no other courses in the area until end of November.
I wouldn’t bother wasting your money cause you’ll just be let down.

A shady outfit
A fraudulent outfit, look elsewhere! I booked an intensive course, on the 11th March, and have received anything but what was advertised and paid for. Having waited months for my course to start on May 9th(and cleared my diary in anticipation), when the date finally came around lessons were booked in a very last minute & sporadic manner over a much longer period than I had agreed to when I made my original booking.
Far from being an intensive course, it was a case of one or two lessons a week arranged at the last minute, for which the instructor, Amin Polyak was frequently either over 30 minutes late or a total no show. This even included one test date arranged by the company office, for which the instructor did not bother to turn up.
Having paid in full and upfront in advance, I stuck it out as long as I possibly could but was eventually forced to ask for an alternative instructor, preferably one with even the vaguest sense of timekeeping, reliability, and professionalism.
The sales pitch to get your money and the response you get from the company office when trying to resolve any issues once they have your cash are two totally different things. Once they have your money they are free to be as rude and unresponsive as they like. I did try to resolve the issues with the first instructor's poor time-keeping and problems with turning up by requesting a different instructor. It was a request that fell upon deaf ears with their office.
After two more no-shows in a row by the instructor, I was eventually left with no choice but to request a refund on the outstanding paid hours of instruction still remaining so that I can take lessons to complete my driving course with a professional instructor elsewhere. My request for a refund of the monies outstanding has fallen on deaf ears.
You will no doubt also be unsurprised that a trial lesson with an instructor from another school very quickly revealed flaws with the quality of the actual driving instruction given to date.
Basically having waited months for a proper intensive driving course, with a professional instructor I have been left significantly out of pocket, having been messed around by Armin, and had my time wasted. I booked 25 lessons and a test and have received only 10, (and it was a real effort to get that many lessons out of Amin as he already had my money).
Lest anyone think I was the unreasonable party I would like to point out that I did everything possible to try and resolve the situation in a sensible manner. I even provided the company with a detailed google maps record of lessons received and appointments attended and missed by Amin back in June. In addition, there are several independent witnesses to the missed appointments. So at this point, there can be no argument that the service I received was not what I had paid for.
As of the 29th of July, I am still struggling to receive a partial refund for the upfront money paid back in March. There has been no offer of compensation or apology given for the fact that considerable inconvenience has been caused to a family urgently in need of a Motability vehicle.
I would not want anyone else to ever go through the experience I have had with this company and would strongly advise others to steer well clear, as being ripped off for such a large amount is a very unpleasant experience.
Excellent course
Excellent course, instructor Mike was extremely knowledgeable and a great teacher, my son passed his first test very confidently. Suzanne was amazing and helpful and the communication was spot on. Would not hesitate to recommend!
Do not choose this driving school
Very disappointed with the service, I had to rearrange my driving lessons that I had already paid in full. Their response time is extremely slow. so slow that I could no longer make the time for the lessons, after 1 month of talking with them I was told that I could not receive a refund. Do not choose this company they will just take your money and waste your time.
Amazing !!!
Had a fantastic conversation with the team who booked me in for my lessons and gave me great advice before I started. They answered any emails I sent straight away completely reassuring me. And the instructor Saleem was amazing could not have wished for a better man to guide me through this he was understanding considerate and just overall brilliant as an instructor and a person. Would 100% recommend anyone using this course to pass I passed 1st time with 3 minors and will be recommending Saleem and this course to anyone who wants to learn to drive.
Amazing
Amazing, my instructor Ken was amazing with me and I would highly recommend him to anyone
RUDE AWFUL COMPANY
Awful company they are rude ignorant and arrogant people. I wouldn’t recommend giving them a penny! I have been waiting months, I got a driving instructor assigned to me who did one lessons then always cancelled I got half a refund after months.. I then got a new driving instructor who didn’t meet my time. I rang up the guy on the phone spoke awful. A waste of over half a year when I could of been passed by now with a better company !!!
