Fantastic experience. The service was amazing. Designed a bespoke wine rack to fit my space and delivered within a day. Incredible!

Bought a fairly regular wine rack; wood and metal. It’s not a new design but the finish is far superior from Cranville. All the wood sanded and rounded edges. Nicely stained. Bought the plinth to go with.

First speed of initial response

The wine racks arrived quickly after ordering, and once I had mastered how to construct them ( the instructions are unclear at best) it was quick and easy with the units nice & sturdy once completed. I did need to pre drill a number of holes for the nails as the wood had a number of knots.

Quality product and service. Arrived within 24 hours just before Christmas. Used the joining kit to extend an existing rack. Quality wood used, all well machined and finished, no sharp edges to the metal frame and comes with bonus "new product" smell! Would use again.

Had some difficulty paying via PayPal so had to pay direct via phone & credit card but once done all OK.

I made my order from outside of the UK so I would have appreciatted a bit more of shipping information, though.
It is an excellent wine rack. We bought two 12-bottle racks and the joining kit. Both racks came alteady assembled, so we only had to do the joining. The assembly was easy and intuitive, and the result is perfect.
