I have been a client of Cramers Carpet for more years than I want to admit! Devlyn and her staff just recently finished decorating my third house since finding them back when I just moved to Chatham - floors (tile and refinishing hard woods) - window treatments - area rugs - even helping with wall colors. Devlyn and all her staff are very helpful, punctual , neat and hard working. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!

Brad stuck with us for a year or so while we determined whether or not to repair or replace a water damaged floor. He was ready to help in either direction. He assisted with the insurance company.

The installation took a week and was done in a very professional manner. We were dubious about "dustless" since we had recently completed new wallpaper and drapes installation. It was "dustless". The crew also moved our furniture both out and in. The result is absolutely beautiful and we would give an unqualified endorsement to Cramers - with Brad and his installation team.

Diana made herself so available to me and also put my mind at ease when initially Home Depot came to install a different wall-to-wall carpet Ing and refused to do the job ! She got me the exact pattern and color I wanted The installers were great and nice guys They even grew fond of my dog! I put this carpet down to sell my townhouse next summer. I want to leave now it looks too beautiful ( but alas I must sell ). I thank everyone for making my home so beautiful. Oh and if you want to know about their pricing and is equivalent to Home Depot without all the hassles!!!!! too bad I'm selling the house next year that's why I replace the carpet but it's too pretty to leave 😃

It was a pleasure to shop for carpeting at Cramers. The selection is wide without being overwhelming. Dovlyn expertly showed us various options when we were unsure of the direction to take. The installation was quick and well done. Highly recommend!

The associates who performed the work were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They arrived when they said they would and they completed the work in a very timely fashion.

After experiencing major water damage to the flooring throughout our home, we were referred to Cramer's Carpet One Floor and Home. From the moment we met the owner Brad and the salesperson Dovelyn - we knew were in experienced hands. The "demolition" crew and installing crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of our home and worked with us for scheduling. The staff answered all of our questions/concerns and followed up after the job was completed. The flooring throughout our home is now back to beautiful thanks to Cramers!

Very professional job. Disappointed that I was not asked if I was satisfied before installers left after the work. Dining floor and stairs refinished and stairway carpet replaced.

Recently, we decided the flooring on the fist level of our condo needed some serious updating and asked friends for recommendations. We met with 3 companies but were so impressed with Dovlyn at Cramer's Carpet One that we chose them. Thank god we did! The project was much more involved than we initially thought and Dovlyn was there to help and guide every step of the way- and always with a smile! Her suggestions and advice were invaluable! Even if Cramer's is not the least expensive estimate, I can tell you from this experience that there is untold value in the guidance and assistance they provide. Every detail of the job is organized and done professionally from the demolition (minimal dust!) to the clean up. They show up exactly when they say, do what they said they would and give updates as the job progresses. Dovlyn could not have been more attentive or helpful as were all other staff at Cramers. We are so pleased with our experience and the beautiful job that we are considering doing the second floor !
