The tracking of my package. Crafty Llama shipped my order promptly. The Royal Mail did an awesome job of tracking the package.
However after contacting Crafty Llama about sizing, I ordered on your advise and received far longer interchangeable cable and circular knitting needle than I had anticipated. Don't think I will order anymore from Crafty Llama without a guarantee of getting what I want.

Very happy with my purchase from Crafty Lama. Would definitely buy from them again. The items arrived fairly quickly, well packaged and were as described. Only one bit of constructive criticism; the confirmation of purchase email said I’d receive another email when the items were posted but it didn’t arrive and I was left wondering if they were on their way or not until they actually arrived. But that just a minor thing…

What a wonderful experience shopping with the crafty-llama!. I needed help with my selections and got a speedy reply to my email with was friendly and very helpful. The products I purchased were so much more delightful than I had expected and they arrived very well packed in biodegradable packaging ( no yucky plastic when not necessary, well done crafty-llama..it is necessary on occasions but you have avoided the catch all scenario) and so very quickly!! 5 stars for perfect customer service.
