I returned an order to Craft Sportswear on September 23, 2025. UPS confirms delivery and signature by Valentina. On September 30, I contacted customer support and was told returns take 7–10 days. As of October 10, I have not received a refund or further response. I am requesting that my refund be processed immediately and confirmation provided.
Recommendation: Do not purchase from this store.

The clothing I ordered arrived quickly (normal shipment time) and was of really good quality. I did not have to return anything.
I was skeptical after reading reviews in here, but experienced no problems.

Very nice gear, but fulfillment is atrocious. It has taken weeks to get a pair of shoes on multiple occasions. When I inquire on the whereabouts of an item I am told "we didn't work weekends". Good luck with that in retail lads.

Their customer service is a joke and their website is working really bad. Have paid for my order, money is transferred but no order was made. The answer I got is like I said a joke. No real effort shown to solve the case…

Their customer and delivery communication is horrid. Ordered on lined due to an iFIT promotion Over a week after taking money from bank, I finally got a notice that a label was created at UPS. Two days later finally got a notice that shoes would be delivered in 2 days. When the WOMEN'S PRO ENDUR DISTANCE shoes arrived found them to be stiff and quite hard to put on. The shoes had to be almost totally unlaced for them to be put on.
Even after a week of trying to break them in they still have to be almost totally unlaced in order to put them on. On top of that the shoe laces are so long one has to tuck them into the shoe so the don't drag on the ground.

This is about Craft located in Sweden. Shipping went fast and smooth, contact with customer service was quick and helpful. I had to contact them about my return as the site doesn’t indicate the return process time (it’s 10-14 business days). However, I didn’t receive a return confirmation after 10 business days and contacted customer service again, they processed the refund immediately which was great!

Products are ok - but misleading product reviews.

I purchased a pair of trail Running shorts from them. The shorts themselves were marginally functional. I don’t think they are great, but they are useable. I wrote an respectful, honest review on the product page on their website. I submitted the 2 star review on two occasions and have also followed up by posting a question as to where my review was and why isn’t it being listed. They only other two reviews are five star with little commentary as to why. They have not published my less-than-five-star review, which seems deceptive. Craft allows positive reviews but won’t publish negative reviews…? Take the criticism and make a better product. Don’t filter reviews to inflate your sales, customers have the right to know what’s good and bad about a product. It saves time, money, energy, resources, is more sustainable than shopping back and forth, etc. Please do better.

Customer Representative gas-lighted delivery problems multiple times. They insisted the customer to resolve issue and directly contact the delivery service although it was mentioned in the communication email multiple times only sender can rectify the address issue. The entire transaction got one-sided cancelled after credit card chargeback was mentioned.

I returned a package that arrived 1 week ago according to UPS but still didn’t get any message from Craft.
I had to reach out via email and Instagram and all I get is answers about how busy they are these times, but not asking for patience or so, just telling me to wait longer. Terrible customer experience. I don't recommend.

It's really hard to return anything you order from here, and the sizing is very strange. It costs $10 to return anything, even if you want to exchange it for the right size. Very disappointed, especially given how easy it is to return and exchange clothes with literally any other high end athletic wear organization. Definitely not worth it

Craft are The Swedish chef of e-commerce. Craft returned 3 days after I placed my order to inform me that 2 of 3 items were out of stock although I could easily order 3 days before. When I wanted to cancel the remaining order I was told that was not possible because of "the system" which now means I have to spend time returning their item which I do not want - very poor customer experience - I recommend shopping anywhere else.

Ordering online was simple. Unfortunately, the product did not fit properly and a return was attempted. With Craft, you are advised to obtain a reference number prior to mailing the return. Numerous attempts were made via both email and phone. No one from customer service ever answered the phone or returned a message, and all emails remained unanswered. After several weeks of being fed-up, I decided to by-pass their customer service line and made verbal contact via their accounts payable line (figuring that line would definately be monitored). Days later, I received a return reference number and thus mailed the product back. However, no one from Craft picked up the package at their supposed delivery address so Canada Post has mailed it back to me. My advice when dealing with them - just DONˋT!

I was worried about the comments in this website, but I have made 2 orders, both of them arrived on time, and my refunds were done, too. Everything was ok, and the products are nice. I had some questions about one of my refunds, and they answered quickly by mail.

The Craft products have great quality but if they don't fit and you have to retur them be prepared! I've sent my pair of training tights back 1 or days after I got them. After 3 weeks I see they received it but don't hear anything. After my first contact they apologise and say that due to Easter holidays it's a bit delayed etc. Fine. After another 10 days nothing. I contact them again to hear that due to sickness on the financial dept. The returns were delayed but now my money is on the way. Now after 1 month since all this, I got a mail from Klarna saying they're gonna refund my money and it might take up to 10 business days to actually see the money on my account. Seriously????? Never again!
