What makes a small store great is the customer service.
I'd a small issue but it couldn't have been dealt with more quickly.

Fantastic selection and speedy delivery. My favourite site to order craft beers from in Ireland.

Parcel went missing in the delivery network and once I contacted Craftcentral they jumped into action and I had my box in less than 24 hours (on a weekend!). Can't praise their customer service highly enough.

You learn a lot about a company when things go wrong with the order. The logistics company damaged some of the cans in my order and so the package could not be delivered (An accident and not craftcentral's fault). Since some of the cans were out of stock I asked craftcentral to wait until the logistics company returned the damaged package to see if any of my "out of stock" were not damaged. Radka was super helpful and email communication was great throughout the process of getting me a replacement order with all of those limited edition beers that had survived the initial accident from the logistics company. I have made several orders from craft central and recommend them as the best beer shop in Ireland.

Quick delivery with DPD, usually arrives next day, amazing selection, fair pricing, nice rare beers as well as classics. Best of all they always update their selection. Have used them many times over the last year, highly recommend.

I have ordered from this company a few times now and all I can say is, they deliver a fantastic service, be it from a great website, prompt delivery and & fantastic customer service. One time the wrong IPA was put in my order, I queried it, and someone from store drove out with correct one, and said I could keep the wrong one as a gesture of goodwill. For me a top notch service and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic choice of beers from all over the world, I've just received my 1st order which was delivered (dpd) within a couple of days, very well packaged. I recommend Craft Central and will be ordering again.
