I placed an order over a month ago for two children's robes. I did not receive these, and had to chase this twice. I eventually got a response just over 1 week ago to say the order would be with me the next day. The order arrived but when I opened the package they had send two pairs of adult PJS one size 8 and one size. 12. I checked the invoice in the package and it states that I order two children's robes. I contacted the company asap and I have now chased this three times and no response. I hold out no hope of a response to my request for a full refund. Will not use again appalling customer service

Waited too long for a late delivery, then they went on holiday? Finally received order, just shoved in a plastic post bag. I item was made so badly, the inner part of bag didn't fit the outer part. The plushies were cheap and poor quality. Colours of easter bunny bags were completely different to ones advertised. I wanted to return the unacceptable order, they said they liked the new colour? and I had to pay to return them. Eventually they agreed to send me a return label. When they refunded me, they charged me the postage, I again had to email them, they then returned half the postage as they said 6 of the items were as advertised? Terrible customer service, poor packaging, damaged goods, just cheap and nasty, nothing like advertised. Still haven't received remainder of postage, give up, useless company and i have found other craft blank, sublimation companies that are so professional and send you what you order! Avoid!
