Great products, poor customer service.

They make great products, and my wallet is very nice. However, it isn't even close to the pictured product and there are no replacements or refunds available.

Hi Daniel, sorry to just now be seeing this feedback. We have a pretty solid record of quality customer service, as seen on our google business listing, but sometimes things slip through or the customer never actually contacts us about their order. While some of our products cannot be returned due to being limited runs, or once the leather is marked up, we still always work toward customer satisfaction.
