Love this concept for children’s party bags. Fast delivery and all packaged well. The bottom of the cardboard bends when assembling but evens out once the contents are inside. Thank you.

We have worked with Craft & Crumb for a year. Their baking kits are a huge hit with our customers and I have personally given them to nieces, nephews and godchildren who raved about them. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely idea, good little party boxes but the actual product was completely tasteless. Ordered 20+ funfetti party bags, delivery was quick.
A real shame the biscuits were so poor!

I was bought the macarons box as a gift, which due to several shortcomings on the instructions means my macaron mix is now in the bin. The main issue came when I needed to add my mixture to the piping bag. Except as a novice baker, I've not previously used one, but the ones provided need constructing. There is no guidance in the pack on how to make the piping bag, so I jumped on the craft and crumb website, only to find no instructions on there either (searching piping bag in their search h bar). As i try therefore to google how to make one, my mix starts to dry/set and ends up becoming unpipe-able.

Given these boxes are clearly aimed at new/novice bakers - the instructions should cover fundamentals like how to make a piping bag, when to add the optional vanilla extract, etc. As ultimately this gift has now gone to waste.

Ordered cake in a mug for my daughter’s party bags. Product came is not as described on the website. The leaflet that comes with each party bag refers to “chocolate nibs” which we’ve had before and were delicious. The product arrived with sprinkles & no chocolate nibs. Without the chocolate it is a different product and I would not have ordered. My daughter is very disappointed. Company say they’ve changed suppliers & nothing they can do. I have placed numerous orders with this company but this will be my last.

Purchased Birthday boxes for my daughter’s 8th birthday party today - this year went with a Halloween 🎃 Party bag theme and purchased - Googly eye biscuits 🍪. All the children were over the moon . Such a great idea - easy to put the party boxes together - I had my daughter help to build them . Fantastic customer service - can’t thank Louise & her team enough. I’ll definitely purchase from again in the future! We have not made ours yet - but one friend has made theirs and I’m told that they taste delicious! Thankyou Craft & Crumb - Emma & Scarlett

I purchased a years subscription for my Granddaughter
after having a year of Toucan Box.
I have to say this subscription is not a patch on Toucan Box, the ingredients are poor in comparison, and I feel quite expensive, considering I could go to the supermarket and get for the cost of £14.40 per box quite a lot of baking goods and equipment.
Also my daughter mentioned the Craft side, is pretty non existent. I will not be re subscribing,

Such a brilliant business. I often use them for jewellery and baking kits for the little ones in our family and they always go down a treat!
