I ordered underpants in size M because I have a big beer belly, you have to understand, guys, but then they were much too big for me. I thought maybe they sent the wrong size, so I ordered an XS, an S, and an M again so I could see which one fit me best. Unfortunately, the XS was too big for me. Now I definitely know how big Ronaldo's meat loaf is. I emailed him about it and received this picture in my new profile picture via customer service. I can understand why the sizes are made so big. Portuguese men really do have a massive thing.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. There was apparently a mistake in the warehouse which led to my order being left outstanding which is fair enough, but to not reply to my numerous emails on the matter and then when they finally do get in touch after over a month, they barely offer an apology. Finding out any information from this customer service team is like trying to get blood from a stone. Avoid at all costs!

the store does not communicate, the goods were sent after two months. When returning the goods, the goods came back to me that the address does not exist. I suffered a damage of 300 euros
