Mobo's failed within weeks, non-existent follow-up.
Mobo's failed within weeks. Have been waiting months for a resolution, returned items to cputrader, they returned items to distributor, who then returned items to manufacturer, and so on. No idea why I have to wait to wait for the entire supply chain to go back to Taiwan to look into this before getting a replacement item, means without a working PC for months. Avoid the hassle of this place and buy from a reliable tetailer like Amazon, scan, ebuyer and so on. Someone who takes responsibility for their sale and isnt just a fake "shopfront" for someone else. Still no resolution and no word.

Firstly, please accept our apologies for the extended waiting period. While we always strive to expedite resolutions, certain circumstances involving our supply chain partners can sometimes result in unavoidable delays.
To clarify, we received the faulty motherboards on 10/05 and immediately began the replacement process. As of today, 05/06, we have dispatched the replacement parts via first-class signed-for mail, and you should receive them shortly.
We assure you that customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we have taken all necessary steps to resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Given the current challenges in the industry with warranty issues, such as the ongoing ASUS fiasco, we believe we have provided the best possible service under the circumstances.
We deeply regret any inconvenience caused during this process and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Good price, quick service, delivered next day!
CPU Trader was the only company with the graphics card I was looking for in stock. Not only was the price better than anywhere else, but the delivery came earlier than expected. 4TB seagate warranty issue
I recently bought 2 x 4TB seagate IronWolf Pro HDD's but noticed that the 5 year waraanty had been reduced by approx 1 month when I registered the HDD's with seagate!
On contacting seagate I was informed that the warranty couldn't be corrected to 5 years as CPU trader was NOT an approved retailer!
