Top quality company.
The website was easy to use and the communication with the team was spot on. Right after purchase Leo emailed to offer free engraving and told me when it had shipped. The machine feels nice in the hand and is so smooth to use. Feels like a good quality bit of kit. Really happy and a good experience.

I had a misunderstanding and asked for a refund on my first order which was done very quickly my second order came on time and I was updated pretty much every day on progress of shipping I haven't got to put ink to it yet but I did put a cartridge in the machine and ran the needle in some fake skin it's smooth and pretty powerful from first impressions

I had a really good experience
I had a really good experience. At first I thought they’d forgot my smaller grip and refrigerator magnet but it was my mistake that I didn’t order the limited edition and I was informed about the mix up in a respectful manner. I’ll order from here again because they didn’t ignore me and helped me with any questions I had. Being respectful pays off. I’d recommend cptink to other professional artists.
