They took (sorry, they stole $1515) from me. I have been waiting on my refund for 3 months now. Can't talk to anyone as it is email only. How they have screwed so many people over and are still operating blows me away. They put up pricing that beats everyone just to sucker you in and steal your money.

Both him and his wife has a Facebook page and I am searching for more social media pages of them.

A court case as of 6/30/26 Jamie was sued for $5350 by Frederick W. Sturckow & Jamie lost the case. Also Jamie has been charged with operating a buisness without license pled guilty on 3/30/26. 6/30/23 Jamie was charged for Operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. He pled guilty to this as well. All this can be found on Fayette County court, PA.

Spouse Erica Lee Lent charges are as following:
3/30/26 Guilty to 'Fail to pay employer withholding tax'. 2/19/26 Guilty to 'Fail to pay employer withholding tax'. 6/17/24 Guilty to 'Doing Business W/Out License'.

They own their own home. Liens can be placed on the home & property.

Those of you that has not gotten your money refunded the past 7 years by statues of limitations, i encourage you file a lawsuit against Jamie & Erica as well as CpP Diesel. Save all correspondence to them and from them, any recorded phone calls to make your case stronger. Also consider file charges against them for fraud & scams. Federal crime if you are elderly. File a complaint with the FTC, PA attorney General, pa & your local prosecuting attorney office, BBB, also dispute with your bank, with all your communications from these people. Any time you talk to CPP RECORD THE CALL!

My family member has been scammed by them and we are going after them. I am sorry you all are going through this hopefully this helps.

Ya all might consider doing a class action lawsuit against all involved! DBA. Notes with the Pa secretary of state is listed as 'Fictious Name' Go look at it.

absolutely horrid customer service. it is now late March and I still have not received my parts I ordered last year in July. I have reached out to them multiple times during this process via email because 'their phones are not on due to lack of staff' and all I receive is a message saying they will contact me with a shipping date and nothing ever comes of it. 8 months have passed and I still can't start my project truck because of an order I placed with this horrible company. I am not one to write reviews against people being a business owner myself but at this point it is necessary and straight thievery on their part.

They are scammers. They withdrew thousands for 2 parts. No shipping info recived. the day they were sopposed to come in they didnt so I called, no answer, says they deal in email only. Well they ignore those. Finially got an email saying checking on status and they would get back to me that day. 2 days later nothing so I begin trying to co tact again. Got another email saying orders will not be being fulfilled due to low staffing and as soon as that is solved they will begin fufulling orders. thank you for patience and understanding. So now im mad. After days go by I recive an email saying ill get a call. A day later I revive a call. He says they can not honor the price i paid (same as anywhere else mind you) so if i want it I need to pay $300 more and they can't garentee shipping. I asked about a refund. They charge a fee. He says he will refund it and try to waiver the fee. NEXT DAY I recive an email stating order is processed and awaiting fulfillment. 1 week later still shows same thing. No refund issued. No order shipped. Ignoring my emails. They lie scam and cheat. Do not order from them i lost thousands over this.

My husband and I have also fallen victim to Jamie Lent of CPP diesel. My husband wired him $6,000 for a transmission, May 2025. Several months Jamie pacified my husband with BS stories that it was an irritable old man building it. Then, one day I looked at yelp and got the truth. My husband called and texted and got no answer. Then, he emailed and was told by a person called Beverly that they were too busy to communicate other than email. Yet still, we never got a viable answer. So a week ago I called him, no answer. Then, I texted him, and suddenly he called back. He seemed like a relatable man, telling me his hardships. Claiming all the reviews were false, and those that sued him, actually lost. I let him know my husband is a disabled veteran that served twenty years in the military. We've worked hard for our money, just as everybody else. He needs his truck to continue to provide for our family. After a nice conversation, I was left with his love and respect of the military and a promise of, I'll check on your transmission tomorrow and get you an answer. Tomorrow came and went and nothing but more disappointment. I've since called and texted and I get no reply. Just as I suspected nothing but a sheep in wolf's clothing that supports his family with his fraudulent business. I'll update this post after we receive legal advice. Until then, I pray more people do not fall victim to this career criminal.
Edit, so far I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the PA attorney general and since I wired him money I've also filed with the Federal trade commission. Just Google each and you can file a complaint if your not sure how. Also, I've found a Facebook page called, Diesel Trucks Against CPP Diesel. It was created in 2017 by some of Jamie Lents first victims. I encourage all to join as I'm working on getting legal representation and hopeful to turn it into a class action. I want him shut down. The PA state attorney general hasn't done squat about it yet they can actually shut him down under consumer protection laws they can investigate him and close the business. Please Google PA office of Attorney General to file a complaint it only takes a few minutes to fill out. If you have wired him money now were talking federal trade go to reportfraud.ftc.gov and file a complaint. There's also a petition on change.org called Investigate CPP Diesel LLC for theft of services and fraud.

Updated, engine has been received as of today. I will update my review once the engine has been installed & running.

CPP diesel is just a front for a criminal organization. I had an order for $286 of parts from this company never shipped my parts canceled my order never refunded my money. I wish i had looked at these reviews before dealing with them obvious that this is their MO don’t have them steal your money never do business with them and I’m thinking their should be a criminal investigation with this company for mail fraud and multiple other crimes!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WLL NOT SHIP YOU ANYTHING. THEN WHEN YOU ASK FOR TRACKING NUMBERS THEY JUST CANCEL YOUR ORDER!!!

Do not buy from CPP! I ordered 2 different parts but only received 1 of them. They will not communicate back and elected to just cheat me out on my purchase. I disputed this several times with my credit card co. But the card co. sided with CPP because they showed they sent it with tracking. But that was only for the 1 item. I got taken by this absolute terrible company.

After waiting months for a part that showed in stock but was later told was back ordered they claimed to refund my order. I never received a refund and have been fighting to get my money back for over a month.

This company is a scam. I’m working with my bank to get my money back after they “refunded” me. Im also contacting law enforcement in their local area they need to be shut down. I’ve been ordering parts online for 25 years this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Before you order from CPP Diesel, please read some reviews, especially if you actually need what you are ordering. I personally will never order from them again. It had been two weeks since my order and it hadn’t even been processed yet. I tried to get in touch with them several times to ask about my order. Customer service never answered my calls or returned them, even when I left messages. The only time they responded was when I sent an email asking for my unprocessed, unfulfilled order to be cancelled only to be told that they would charge me a 20% restocking fee for an item that never left the shelf. Overall just disappointing.

On November 8, 2024, I hired CPP Diesel to ship my existing Cummins 6.7L Long block to their location, for them to rebuild and ship back to me. After several months, I have reached out to see what the hold up was. I have been getting the runaround and lies. Just for them to write me back finally March 11, 2025 making the excuse that the motor was unusable and that it was burnt between 2 cylinders. Also they claim that they had to source and engine block and head. Since then, I've made every effort to reach out to get a completion date. Requested for it to be sent back and my money returned. They said there is no money back return. How can that be when the service hasn't been rendered? I have filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania States Attorney General, and think all the rest of you should follow suite. This business is HORRIBLE. Don't do IT!

3/3/25 ordered ball joints for a Jeep ($300) at 5 pm. In that order I stated 'based on your reputation if you can't ship by 3/4 then cancel the order'. By 11pm they emailed me stating that they don't have the ball joints in stock and properly "canceled" and "refunded" the transaction. I have an email from them stating these facts and a receipt stating the status of my order is "refunded". Since then I've communicated to them that my CC has not received the refund. As of 3/11 still no refund. Remind you, they refunded the same day as the charge....well, they didn't actually ever refund the order at all. They still have my money and best I can tell have no interest in returning my money evidenced by their refusal to refund and refusal to respond to my reminders that I haven't received it yet. I've had to challenge the charge with my CC in order to force a refund. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! This is who you're dealing with. They sell items they don't have. And as you can see they won't issue a refund either. I think it's criminal

UPDATE - they refunded my money honorably

0 stars and an F rating. After waiting almost five months for the order, they sent the wrong pistons. They refused to take them back claiming they don't refund pistons. Doesn't say that on their website and they are the ones who screwed up the order! Horrible and dishonest company and garbage customer service. Avoid at all costs. Buy your Cummins parts from PDD or Geno's.

GIANT SCAM, order $600+ in parts and overnight shipping, didn't hear a word from them 3 weeks later I try email calling multiple times, absolutely no response.

Zero stars!!! DO NOT purchase anything!!!!!! I ordered a simple v band clamp for 5.9 Cummins gave part #with order. Seemed simple. Part came in timely fashion. It was the wrong clamp e-mailed them gave them the order # and part number I purchased gave them the part # they sent. Responsed quickly to email wanted picture. Sent pictures, now nothing no response to emails no response to phone calls nothing! This place is garbage business. wish I would've read reviews proper to purchase. Seems I'm not the only that has gotten scam from this crap company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND USE SOMEONE ELSE. Bought the ducenti valve body and oil pump half on March 6th. They took my money, I never got a shipping number so a week later I called them and they advised me that they were waiting on the core. I explained to them that their website does not say anything about a core, and even navigated there with them to prove it. They apologized. I cancelled the order and my money still has not been refunded on my card and no one will answer the phone. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I’m really upset with cpp right now.
They owe me $1600 for some returns.

I ordered parts on march 18 of 2024. Paid for faster shipping.

By mid-April I still had not received the parts I ordered. Called them up, lady was pleasant to talk to, told her to cancel the order on all of the parts that had not been shipped yet.

April 25 of 2024 parts arrived.
I had already reordered parts from somewhere else, received them and had them installed.

It was a big deal just to get a Return merchandise authorization from them. I mailed everything back and it’s been over a week now.and they still haven’t issued a refund.
