This Representative was absolutely knowledgeable about everything I needed and outdated equipment and she was very respectful and courteous to my needs and took time explaining everything I needed to know. So AWESOME JOB to her.

CPI service did not meet my standards today. I had a power outage early Sunday morning. The power was restored rather quickly before I left for the day. However, my internet was not restored until I did some troubleshooting 10 hours later when I returned home.
My living room camera immediately was restored; however, my doorbell camera would not connect. I called CPI and was told to call back tomorrow they were closed.
They should be ashamed of that response. I pay for 24 hour service, so I should get 24 hour support.

Matthew Ellis was exceptional. He was very patient with a person who is not good with electronics. He walked me through step by step in an extremely clear manner. He had the problem solved and was so knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his ability. I would say you need to give him a raise 😃 Thanks again

The hold time before I could speak to a representative was excessive.

Michelle was a wonderful representative of your company. She helped me navigate the issues I continue to have with my home cameras, while offering suggestions as to what would help the issue long-term, as she reviewed the data. She was personable, with great customer service skills (not an easy task) and offered a detailed product suggestions as she determined what might be the issue I was having. Michelle was great!

Great, knowledgeable tech; SADLY, representative that processed the order lied about the two old touchpads being replaced for free!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They will force you into a contract that lasts longer than the warranty on their own products. That’s really all you need to know, right? But I can go on. Their app isn’t nearly as good as Ring. Their cameras need constant maintenance, and don’t look good. Their app is very difficult to use. You will not be happy with their service and you will NOT be able to leave it until the contract is up.
Trust me on this one. In the age of do-it-yourself security systems, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS or you’ll end up writing one of these just like me.
Home maintenance requiring removal of sensors? Forget it. Even if you call CPI and warn them, they will dispatch the police anyway. Think that’s good? Apparently it’s York County Sheriff’s policy to enter a home unannounced when they receive these calls from CPI. CPI’s response? That’s your fault. Apparently they need weeks of notice to allow a homeowner to maintain their own home.
Bottom line, they take no ownership of their own bad behavior, they do NOT hold themselves accountable to their own contract, but expect you to hold up your end.
Predators plain and simple. They are not in the business of safety. They are in the business of stealing from their victims… of I mean clients.

I recently contacted your office (CPI) and spoke with a female representative regarding a malfunctioning door monitor and to inquire about potential upgrades to my system. I explained that I had recently returned from deployment and was interested in learning more about cameras and panel upgrade options.
Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and abrasive. She refused to provide any helpful information or guidance, and her tone made it clear that she had little interest in assisting me as a customer. This experience was both frustrating and disappointing, especially after being a loyal CPI customer. Businesses often lose dedicated customers not because of their products, but because of poor customer service. I regret to inform you that based on this experience, I will no longer support CPI, and I plan to escalate my concerns by sharing them with your executive leadership team, including the CEO.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure better treatment for customers in the future.

My needs were thoroughly considered. Both representatives were patient and talked me through. Offered reassurance that I could troubleshoot on my end and offered step by step instructions.

Keisha was VERY kind and understanding. She took the time to help me and listen to what I needed after I had went through 4 other people and one was including management. She went above and beyond to get me what I needed and to make sure I felt heard. She definitely deserves a raise for her amazing customer service!
