Since posting previous review

Since posting this review, I was contacted again by CPH Village regarding my upcoming move to another one of their departments. It turned out that they had made a serious administrative mistake — they had already signed a lease with me for a room that was still occupied by another tenant.
Instead of simply correcting their internal error, I received messages that subtly implied I should feel bad about the inconvenience this caused them and the other tenant, but my feelings was a bit overlooked. I find it highly unprofessional that a housing company would share such details and try to make a tenant feel responsible for their own mismanagement.
This only reinforced my original impression: CPH Village struggles with basic organization, accountability, and respect for tenants’ boundaries. When they make mistakes, they communicate in a way that places emotional responsibility on the tenant rather than taking ownership themselves.

CPH Village is in my opinion more focused on their 'their sustainability mission' rather than their tenants.
