I had doubts about whether I even needed a tracker, any kind. When I decided that it would be good to have that device on a motorcycle, I decided on the Kopenhagen Gamestone, and I was not wrong, not in the least. It works, and best of all, it works great

Best service ever!
After my GPS tracker failed I could send it to Denmark for free, the problem was solved for free, new batteries were installed for free and the tracker was returned for free!!! This is what Copenhagen-Trackers does for its customers!!! All praise and deep respect for this company! Many other companies can learn a lot from CHP-trackers!!!

Very good communication with great support afterwards.. had difficult to update the firmware and contacted the support that solved my problem and best of all they also changed the battery to new one for free. Awsome!!

Overall Good, when there is GSM signal but no view to the GPS satellite I had thought it delivers at least latest known position but it seem it can’t do sample item is in a storage. For the rest it looks all good and promising will still be happy on quality and how good it works when moving, thanks

Best and fast support from customer service
CPH's customer service is very helpful. A problem with my tracker was quickly analyzed and resolved as a gesture of goodwill. The employees work very well and I am very satisfied with the customer service!

Friendly and helpful, but...
I was impressed by the friendly and quick processing and the answers! What I see as a star deduction is that the tracker does not automatically inform the app that the battery is about to run out. Regardless of the settings.

Well organised service organization
My GPS Tracker showed a technical problem therefore I contacted the technical service of CPH-Trackers by mail. The service team contacted me in really short time and organised a free of charge return shipment. I received their repairment notice already after 2 working days. It was really helpful that the service team is personally reachable, as the shipment of the repaired tracker had to be organised to my camping adress in Spain. Good service.

Will be useless in 2025
I like the idea of it, but setup took longer than expected. It struggles getting connection with the GPS, so it work like 20% of the time. The app is fine. But the big thing is that many countries are disabling 2G now, making this tracker useless.

Dear Andreas, thank you for your review.
Many countries have postponed the sunset of 2G from the beginning of 2026 to the beginning of 2028 - from there it can still take years for the full shutdown (for example Switzerland began the shutdown of 2G in the beginning of 2021 and hit the switch in 2023).
Of you are worried by the 2G sunset then I would recommend our Gemstone tracker which also used LTE-M alongside 2G.
Finally, if you are only receiving a position 20% of the time, it is highly likely that you have installed it incorrectly or that you are simply using the device in places without GPS connectivity such as indoors, undergrund or in parking houses. When used correctly, you will get a gps position every time.
