Well... not very helpful 😕
Well.. I had to get a transport of my car.. and I would like to monitor it.. but the tracker shows no live data even that I changed it from weekly to live profil days ago, and it haven't shown any movement for now 7h since the pickup of the car... I have tried communicating whit the support but they are not helpful and didn't answer after 16 a clock... well I hope my car is on it's way Back too Denmark and not on its way out of Europe... this tracker company is apparently hopeless if the tracker for somehow stops working or there isn't movement enough to register... which makes it point less to put in a car... since car thief's will never drive the car, but put it on a transport truck/trailer... like I just did, and the last track, BTW have been from somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean near eqvator!! so, so fare stay away from this company!!!

The tracker is hard to install on a bike. The screws are too short.
Also, the app is really complicated to use. The entire app needs a redesign — it's unclear how to define alerts, and it takes a lot of time.
However, I like the payment concept: no monthly costs.

I ordered a battery replacement
I ordered a battery replacement, after a few days I got the tracker back, but it is not working.
I reseted my password for the app, could afterwards log in, but nothing happens. I could check that the tracker still has my the correct ID, but nothing happens.
Still showing the old last tracking result.
No explanation if I need to do something else.

Now I got the required information and it was only a few minutes to set up everything again. Therefore, this action was fast, but honestly not needed if everything was working right from the beginning. Nevertheless thanks for this fast reaction.
