I attempted to register for classes on CPE Inc. on 12/11/2025 but was unable to complete enrollment due to website and registration issues — problems their own staff admitted were occurring. I canceled that same week and never successfully enrolled in any courses.
Since then, I have notified them at least 20 times, by both phone and email, that my registration was canceled. Despite this, CPE Inc. continues to send aggressive and threatening emails and make harassing calls.
This level of disorganization and intimidation is outrageous. I strongly urge others to avoid this provider and choose a reputable CPE company instead.

Our records show that a 40-Hour Combopass was purchased on November 19, 2025. To use the pass, individual course selections needed to be made and assigned under the pass, and our records do not show that any courses were selected. We understand there may have been confusion during the registration process, and our team worked to provide clarification.
Regarding the account balance, our records indicate that the cancellation request was initially received outside of the applicable cancellation period, which is why the balance remained due at that time. We communicated this by phone and email. We also provided a copy of the invoice along with additional account details.
However, in an effort to resolve the matter and honor the customer’s request, we did process a full cancellation of the subscription and credited the remaining balance due on the account. This was completed on March 3rd.
We are sorry to hear that our follow-up communications felt frustrating. Our intention was simply to address the account status and work toward a fair resolution.
