Sent wrong item. Unhelpful customer services very

Sent wrong item. Annoying since I paid express delivery so would arrive in time for installation for project so caused knock on effect and time delays. Customer services very unhelpful. Will go elsewhere in future.

A choice of couriers is necessary

I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent order. Unfortunately, UPS did not deliver to my address, and I’m not convinced an attempt was even made. The order was returned to you, and while I appreciate the prompt refund, I was left needing to source the components elsewhere at short notice.
This experience was frustrating, and I must say UPS has consistently been one of the least reliable couriers I’ve encountered. I hope you’ll consider reviewing your delivery partners to help ensure better service for future orders.

On Time & In Good Shape

Ordering was straightforward and the goods arrived quicker than anticipated. The four boxes and content were all in good shape with no damage or problems.
Will order from CPC again.

I feel cheated

I bought the RPi 02W board, charger and case. When I ordered, the website showed eight available.
However, I received the parcel without the board, which was listed as 'back ordered'. What happened to the other eight boards? Why did they not contact me? What can I do with the charger and case without the board?

Our stock levels are kept as live and up to date as possible, but occasionally an item can sell out just before checkout is completed. That’s why this product has now gone onto back order. A promised next day delivery hasn't…

A promised next day delivery hasn't arrived 3 days later. Each day UPS says it's coming, and then says it's delayed. Whilst you can't blame CPC for this, I have emailed them a few times to ask for their assistance in chasing up UPS, but they're not interested and don't respond; to be fair they did eventually respond and very helpfully too. But please consider adding DPD or another choice of courier!
