Bought some resin anchor capsules

Bought some resin anchor capsules , arrived quickly , but were out of date by 11 months ,Company arranges UPS collection and refunded me minus the £3,99 delivery .
Asked about it but no resolution.
I know its only £3,99 it's the
principle wasted my time as I had a job to do and charged me for the privilege.
My advice AVOID
Please see responce from company
I have called them twice about this before i posted review both time said it would be sorted

I received damaged goods

I received damaged goods, they didn’t send replacement. If I wanted the product I had to order again. This would mean that I’d have to pay delivery twice. Very poor service. Be careful.

We do normally have to raise an investigation with the courier if a parcel has been damaged and they will come and collect it from you and bring it back to us. We do re send damaged goods so we do apologise . Magic service.

This company always delivers excellent service. I totally rely on them for essential kit, and know it will always appear on time, as if by magic !!

Positive experience

I have used them a few times to buy items that are very hard to find elsewhere and I have had a very positive experience. Delivery was relatively quick, prices are competitive, and it feels that they run their business professionally.

Very poor delivery standards

In one sense I feel bad giving poor marks as CPC seem a decent enough company and I’ve bought from them previously with no issues. However, I have to report on the entirety of my doing business with them - and this time their courier, UPS, let both of us down badly. My order was dumped on the doorstep in full view of the street, despite not even being wrapped anonymously - its manufacturer’s packaging clearly advertised the contents. This is an absolute invitation for thieves. Luckily I was there to open the door after the driver rang the bell - though he had already disappeared without bothering to find out if the package would be safe. I’m very angry about the complete lack of care for an item that, while not hugely expensive, was also not exactly worthless. I phoned CPC to explain all this but the call handler didn’t give me any sense that it would be taken seriously. Sadly, since this is how CPC’s business partner treats my paid-for property, I will not be buying from them again.

Have dealt with CPC on a number of…

Have dealt with CPC on a number of occasions (lost count how many) over the years and every single experience with them has been excellent. I avoid Amazon as much as possible now for a variety of reasons and always check CPC to see if they have the product as I have never received someone else's returned / previously opened product as I do with Amazon. Also I just have to spend £20 +VAT with CPC to get free delivery while amazon has quietly risen to £35 now and rising Im sure.

Roof Paint - Great Product

Your website provided all necessary information regarding the product. Ordering was simplicity itself. Product arrived as you advised, which was within two working days. Due to the extremes in weather there was a delay in applying the product. However I can now report that this product was easy to apply and it appears to be successful. I could not be more pleased.

Ordered products for next day

Ordered products for next day, which failed to be delivered in time, which effected busy and delayed a job, if had known next day doesn't mean next day then would of ordered else where. Customer service on phone not help or interested. Will look at ordering else where in future.
