I would give no stars. This site is a scam. Their quilts are cheap, definitely not worth the money they charge. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Complete crap. The won’t accept returns because they say they are custom made…these quilts are NOT custom made. Buyers be warned.

I ordered a King size Duvet Set from Cozzyhomes and never received it. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they failed to help me resolve the issue. To make matters worse, they still charged me for the product even though it was never delivered. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with the entire process, and I will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered suppose to be toilet bowl deodorizer and there are no instructions in English. Everything is in Chinese! You cannot clip the product because they only have 2 flimsy strings, which cannot be firm to hold the balls down. Reporting to the Attorney General. And my attorney.

This is described as a quilt but in fact it's a 3d print on fabric. Not a quilt. Complete misrepresentation and fraud. I turned them in and got my money back from American Express and they have been harassing me daily with emails and I had to send a cease and desist letter. They are desperate and luckily I put it on my American Express and sent them the description and pictures of what I received. It was mailed from China and is a print of a quilt. Be Ware!

1 star is too much!! I was trying to order a quilt and the 1st thing that happened was I ended up with 2 quilts in my cart after I hit pay. There is a small blip saying you have 2 hrs to change your order. I lambasted them with emails as I ordered at like 2:00 am. Fortunately I used PayPal and they did stop w/ sending 2 quilts. I finally received my pkg and inside was the cheapest piece of thin material crap w/ a picture printed on it! Not a quilt!! Then I went back and forth with them on a refund, they offered 20% then 30% and at the end said 40% was the most they could do! I ended up paying +70.00 for a piece of garbage! Run screaming from this company. Oh they lead you to believe it’s here in the US, nope…China!!!

Terrible experience! I ordered a quilt for a certain price and my bank was charged a higher amount. No one will respond to me. The phone number on my bank transaction goes to AI and not a real person.

Buyer Beware! Completely fraud! It says it’s a quilt even talked about the stitching in the ad but it’s a thin material with an image printed on it. And it took weeks to receive!

It is a fraud, do not order from this company, it took over a month to receive it and it is totally different than it looks. It is not a quilt, it is a very thin material with some drawing painted.

It is not at all as pictured. Poor quilting over a print .Took over a month to receive. And trying to reach them is very difficult once the product is received.
Do Not Order From This Company!

Fraudulent company!!!! I never hit submit order and they charged my card twice. Now I’m having to deal with my bank and PayPal fraud departments. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I would give zero stars. Poor quality and cheap. Not worth the money. The blanket had a blurry print that was run through a sewing machine to look like a quilt. This is NOT a quilt

Ordered what looked like a beautiful quilt 50 X 60. 109.00. What was received was a printed pieces of fabric with squiggly lines sewn on it which was supposed to represent quilted fabric. AND IT TOOK 2 MONTHS TO BE DELIVERED. What a scam. DO not order from these people. A waste of time and money.

Items received are different than item advertised and company does not offer refund to rectify issue - avoid at all costs.

This Cozzyhomes company is engaged in fraud. I ordered a white table runner, they sent a dark grey item. I contacted support@cozzyhomes dot com. They sent a response that essentially said the grey runner is really the white runner because their fabric is top-notch. Also, they were sorry that customers have different preferences and they were willing to give me a 10% reimbursement of the purchase price. Do not buy anything from these China-based fraudsters.

I ordered exactly one month ago and product still hasn't arrived. When I placed order, I didn't realize I was ordering from China. According to tracking, it was in my town at USPS a day ago and now it's somewhere else! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This can only be be described as egregious false advertising. It is not a quilt but a picture imprinted on a cheap thin blanket. The colors are dull. The beautiful satins and silk on the advertised piece are nowhere to be found. The “quilting” is puzzle-like stitching on top of the dull picture. The queen size barely fits on top of the bed. When I complained that it doesn’t look at all like the ad they told me that the on line picture was idealized and they couldn’t make them look like that. And they won’t let me return it. Only worth $15 not $137.

I have just been scammed out of $95. My order never arrived. I now will check the review of a company before dealing with them. Hard lesson learnt

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company due to buy a quilt / blanket they are not American made !!!! It’s over seas made and it is so poorly made it looks like a unexpected person just printed out a picture and just zig zag the sew part very ugly and poorly made wish I also would of read the reviews before purchasing this sorry excuse for a so called quilt …. And the delivery process was much a nightmare…. Don’t buy you have been warned they are made very poorly and on my star rating I had to have it a 1 star or else I couldn’t post …. But I wouldn’t even gave it a star I gave it a BIG FAT 0

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying their "quilt". As others have stated, item is not a patchwork quilt as they lead you to believe. Perhaps a very poor photo of an actual quilt that's been poorly printed onto a fabric. Ordered a king size quilt. They had to stretch the photo to fill out the size ordered. Might have looked a bit better if was in twin size. Unfortunately, what I received is just ugly. It's not salvageable. From what I've read, I'm coming to terms with the fact I won't be getting a refund. Erase this website from your search engine or block it. It will be heartache and money wasted.
