Unlawful Customer Service

Solution was reached, but I cannot say I am overly pleased with the amount of work it took for a below average resolution. The only joy I have in this situation is that I can put this behind me. I had stained items delivered to me and had to wash the stains myself, that was the solution. Basically got a used blanket at full price. It’s a nice blanket, but I’m still fairly pissed. If this hadn’t taken over a week to resolve and if I were not crippled at the moment (which they made sure to leverage against me by refusing to offer pickup for a return, and forcing my hand by requiring a drop off when they offer otherwise pickups) I would have fought harder for a more just outcome, but I was worn down by their aloof and uncaring associates. Not a good company, do not buy from here!

Nonexistent Customer Service

If you file a warranty claim be prepared to get the run around. Six weeks after filing a claim and following their instructions, I heard nothing. I called and after much discussion a gift card was issued to resolve the issue. I assumed the matter was closed. The card was deactivated without me being notified. 3 months have passed. I called they said the person wasn't authorized to give me credit. The item is back in stock we'll see if approved. After a long phone call, they agreed to send the item. If you're accustomed to shopping with luxury stores and expecting luxury customer service, you won't get it here. And for the price that's unacceptable.

Great service from Sara

I was having trouble with a promo code and was getting quite frustrated. Sara stayed calm and very patient with me, and she guided me through everything clearly. You can tell she really wants to help. Cozy Earth needs more people like her. I appreciate the help very much.

Scam company.

Their products are inferior and overpriced. $350 for a set of sheets that pilled within a few weeks. Customer service for this company is a scam. They will make you bleed before they refund you your money. Good luck when you try to return! Their customer service reps are useless and difficult to understand. I will tell everyone I know and even strangers, not to do business with Cozy Earth.

Customer service lacks service

Sheets are very soft, but my fitted sheet ripped within a few months. When I asked to file a warranty claim, I was told the sheet was out of stock, and when it came back in stock to let them know so they could get me a new one. Why is it my job to monitor their stock and let them know when it is available? I was told I would not have to refill out the warranty claim once the item was in stock. Today I saw the item was back in stock, did their job for them and emailed to say it was available, can we please continue my warranty claim. The response? Please fill out the warranty claim form. I already did this, and I was told I wouldn't have to do it again. With customer service like this, despite the nice feel of the sheets, I won't be ordering again.

I purchased the Cozy Earth sheets

I purchased the Cozy Earth sheets, it was a $2,000 purchase, bamboo, ethical and organic. The products arrived with all made in China tags, I sent messages to Cozy Earth about factory provenance, worried about factory work place practices and environmental effects. No response from Cozy Earth.

Colors you see on online? BEWARE

I ordered a large set of towels directly from cozyearth.com - they look GORGEOUS online and the reviews there are solid. The color appeared to be frost blue...what I got was GRAY. Full-up gray. VERY disappointing, plus they add extra fees to the refund so I didn't get the full amount back that I paid. I would not recommend basing any order on the colors that appear online. They felt luxurious out of the box but have no knowledge on how they perform since I sent them back for a refund right away. So disappointed.

Quick efficient response with a great resolution

Allison and Mark quickly resolved my issues and stayed on top of it that resolved my issue within hours, not days, not weeks. They were communicative and helpful. So nice to have a company stand by their products that have associates providing great service. I have been a CE customer 6 years and they will continue to get my business.

I had a horrible experience with cozy…

I had a horrible experience with cozy earth the advertised price was not honored the discount was not applied and when I called their customer service they would not adjust the difference of $50 the primary reason I was willing to give them a chance.
I asked to cancel she would not honor that as well.
My only option wait for days for order to arrive and pay $11 restocking fee to get my money back. It’s all hype no quality don’t fall for social

The comfort of my sheets and my pillowcases are amazing. Life-changing is the word and the sheets and comforter keep you cool at night
This company stands by their product and If you have any issues, they don’t mind replacing it with a 10 year warranty, which I find superb any questions or concerns Their customer service team is always available and has answered me within 24 hours. Five stars to cozy earth can’t wait to try their pillows and towels.

Great warranty that they stand by

I really appreciate their 10 year warranty. This length of warranty for sheets is rare! They were speedy and kind through the whole warranty claim process, and it was easy to get my new product. I will stand by this brand for their customer service and dedication to their products.

Cozy Earth Sheets started deteriorating immediately....

Hello.

I am doing this because the product which was a set of sheets were terrible. The sheets were purchased in late 2025 and I have used them now twice. After one use I noticed pills forming over the sheets. My friend and I then did laundry and noticed IN THE FIRST WASHING and drying that the sheets were full of pills and loose threads on the pillow cases as well. I put them away and then I just pulled the sheets this past week to use them again and after two days I had to pull them off the mattress. There are now pulled threads all over the sheets. It was uncomfortable to sleep with all the pills.

I would like a full refund. NEVER have I had bed sheets deteriorate so quickly. I mean, this product is terrible. Especially for the cost. I have written Cozy Earth and received a message stating they will get back to me.

In addition, when I ordered the sheets they seems to have lost my info and the delivery was delayed. So I emailed them enquiring about the sheets. They took almost a week to get back to me if not more. After a few days, I requested we cancel the order. Well out of the blue a day or two later I receive an email stating my sheets are on the way!

Uh, I requested a cancellation and was ignored! Once, I received my sheets, I had no choice but to try them out.

Well, here I am months later and unfortunately, the quality is appalling.

This all honest and true feedback. I would truly appreciate a refund. I have offered to send pictures of the sheets and a statement from my bank with purchase information. I am also available via phone to discuss the matter.

I really don't want a back and forth.
