I received the wrong sized outfit so I emailed the team and received a swift response. They arranged for Royal Mail to collect the item and sent out the correct size. Very pleased with the products and the service provided by this fantastic small business.

Good customer service is appreciated even more when you're a new mum with less time, less patience and dwindling funds. I've ordered a personalised bear blanket from cosy crew which was lovely and separately some clothes. The clothes weren't quite right and cosy crew didn't hesitate to reach out to help me return and put it right. I really appreciate their willingness to help because I've had some very poor experiences from other businesses recently when I've wanted to return an item. Always a little sceptical of the independent brands on instagram but these items do not disappoint!

Ordered a few tracksuits and Beanie hats for my son who is 6 and a half months old. 6-12 months is a great fit for now and still a decent size for him to get plenty of wear out of this size.

All items fantastic quality , already washed a couple of items and no change in shape or fade in colour.

Just placed another order as I’m really happy to have finally found a brand that actually delivers the quality they say they will.
