This company is a complete scam. The product they sent me would be laughable if I didn't waste money on it. Not even close to what the picture shows. I would liken this product to a cheap tiger Halloween costume...if the tiger was bald and sick. Never again. Be warned!!!

Scammers!!!!!!! You wouldn’t believe what utter garbage they sent me! I’d laugh but they’re not cheap & you don’t get your money back!!! Appalling company!!!! Avoid or be scammed!!!

I have not received my dressing gowns it was 10 of June and I don’t seem to get through to you to let you know

If I could rate them zero it would better present my satisfaction level. I was totally ripped off. Items received don’t even resemble what was ordered. The two brown leopard sleep coats are orange in colour. Look like tiger prints. One sleeve is 5 inches longer than the other. Maybe we can alter them for Halloween custumes. Very poor quality and doesn’t compare to pictures and product specific on order form. Buyer beware!

Ordered My Wife A Leopard Print Robe with White Trim.....It was for her Xmas and Birthday Gift. We were both excited. Upon receiving the wrong robe she then tried it on and both of us knew we had been had by this foreign company. After inquiring with the company it became obvious they did not have the correct robe matching the advertisement. Even worst they wanted more money from me to allow them to deliver it again. I sent them a picture of their product that arrived and they had no interest in satisfying my wife and I. They do not respond to my communications at all. ..service @ cozeyhouse .AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Thy send you an inferior lookalike item from advertised photos.They are awful .Their so called customer service is Pathetic.thy will offer you minimum amounts to keep the item or expect customer to pay exhorbitant postage cost to return which of course will magically disappear.. like most chinese companies. Why does this country trade with china???
Dont be taken in by their flashy photos their products wouldnt even make a good duster.
One star is one star too many. they should be removed from trading.

Just stay away from this Company. Not serious at all. No information when the order was placed. Then they needed 1-2 weeks for production After 1 mnd, the product was still under production. No shipping information given. Stay away

I have to say the same thing as everyone else. Fals advertising pic is nothing like what I ordered. Do not buy from them they are no good.

Buyers beware! This company is false advertising products. Lists high end looking merchandise and sends you garbage from over seas. Get the same quality and shop at Walmart!!! They won’t give me a refund and want me to pay another thirty dollars to return garbage back to them?! Better Business Bureau advised!!

Terrible product. They sent the wrong size. They wouldn’t exchange or refund. Quality is shocking. Do not buy from this seller given their atrocious nonexistent customer service.

I bought three items, two for gifts and 1 for me. Changed from AUD to USD to the cost of AUD$101 each.
Inferior material..print is nothing like the pictures and they look like muu muu's. So disappointing. I bought myself a XL thinking that these would be made in the USA and would easily fit...No...Way to small...Made in China.... What a waste of money!

Placed order on 7/3. Received my order on 7/16, and boy was I disappointed. I purchased the Blossom Classic Velvet Flano Sleep Coat but what I received was more of a zip up style muu muu that stops mid calf (and I’m 5’ 6”)… very unhappy…

Shocking experience. When I complained after 3 weeks that I still didn’t even have an Order number let alone my plush, velvet gown, they wrote back: “We will send today. Be patient.” When I finally got the dressing gown, it was a nasty, flimsy thing, looking nothing like the website picture. I threw it in the bin.

Ordered and paid for 4 items, took a couple of weeks to be posted. When they arrived, they were the wrong items, not even similar to my order. I contacted the company who have not answered my emails and will not refund.

I have ordered the leopard print dressing gown but it looks nothing like the picture. It's short on fabric, designed poorly and looks terrible the size I ordered was one size bigger than normal but it still only fits a small person. Trying to get refund is a joke and what is offered as compensation is also a joke! Think twice before you order from this supplier!!

One of those what I ordered VS what I got moments......my excitement to receive my glorious plush Leopard print deluxe model robe was turned very quickly to horror when I opened my package to find the abomination of all fashion disasters that was sent to me. They made it very difficult to return the item, but I insisted, currently waiting for my refund.....AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Sent me the wrong nighties and stopped answering my emails after I sent them a photo of the wrong nighties. Avoid this company at all costs. Shonky as they come.

They sent the wrong order and now will not answer my emails. So far this company is not trustworthy!!! If I could give them less than one star, I would.
