Beautiful rug!

I got my rug within a week and it was easy to set up. The rug is great quality too and looks exactly like the image. Would definitely buy from them again!

Poor quality fabric

Poor quality fabric. Love our atmosphere couch, but the chenille fabric does not hold up. After one year of use, the texture changes and is not soft. The colouring also fades, even after washing. We had to pay $960 for new covers. Not ideal to do that every 12 months.

We liked the product but they fail in shipping

We liked the product, fabric is beautiful and comfortable. Installing was not hard, easy to follow instructions, customer service is good, but the wait time for deliveries made the experience sour.
We ordered originally the Gaia but realized it was too big for our space, ordered return boxes and it’s been 4 weeks so far and we still don’t have them.
We followed the advice to purchase the new sofa, Atmosphere while waiting for the boxes so we are not left without a sofa. That order for return was placed 4 weeks ago and I still don’t have the boxes and eta is not accurate. Now I have two sofas in my living room, some of the boxes that came separately and the third sectional in my bedroom, this is so uncomfortable and annoying.

We love this couch!

We love this couch! The customer service online and in person was wonderful from start to finish. The only feedback I have is for the user guide to be reviewed. There was a missing page/misprint and perhaps greater detail in the instructions for putting the modules together would be helpful.

Great selection and fantastic delivery service

Cozey has a fast turn around for purchasing rugs online. I like that they're a Canadian company and they deliver quick.

Every step of the way from first choosing my rug to purchasing my rug all the way to receiving my rug, was a pleasant experience.

The customer service team was extremely…

The customer service team was extremely helpful and responsive in resolving an issue with the parcel delivery carrier. They acted quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure the situation was handled professionally. I truly appreciated their support and efficiency. Excellent customer service experience!

I really wish they offered white glove…

I really wish they offered white glove set-up service. It took us 3.5 hours to set up, it was very difficult getting the upholster covers on, etc. There are threads hanging from the material already, we thought we bought the strongest fabric, apparently not. A bed was ordered at the same time which had a 5-7 day delivery estimate and we only have 4 of 8 boxes for the bed we irdered which continually gets delayed by Canpar - not impressed at all.
