Overall we’re impressed with Cozey. We ordered the 4 seater Ciello Sectional in Limestone - High Angled. Delivery was rather quick. Assembly was simple. Happy with the material options as I have pets and young kids so we chose the Aquaforte fabric as its pet-friendly, water/stain resistant. With that being said, fabric is very soft, cushions are in the middle of being soft yet firm enough to hold its shape in a comfortable way. Love the fact everything is machine washable to. If you’re debating like we were, just go for it. The 30 day return policy is what helped our decision in buying a sectional online. Thankfully we wont be returning :)
