I really question whether the positive reviews here are genuine. My experience was the opposite. I rearranged my bank holiday to do a viewing, which cozee confirmed twice, only to find absolute radio silence on the day and the agent was a no- show. Avoid avoid avoid.

So I would like to share my experience about the above property company Cozee Properties they where highly qualified and extremely helpful when looking for the right place, the Estate Agent Nadeer was so helpful and friendly I couldn’t asked for anything more, once again I could recommend this Esate Agent to anyone who’s looking for the right home, and if you want to use a particular agent use Nadeer he’s amazing! Keep up the good work

This estate agent managed the letting of my property for the last 1y3 months. Where do i start.. from the beginning, they have mismanaged the letting, have ignored logs from my tenants, had a high turnover of staff on both sides, letting management and maintenance, maintenance works have been billed without ever doing them or to a very poor standard (not completed, or door handle "fixed" with superglue). The agency has neglected their duty to the point that they have caused the property to be inhabitable. On top of things, they have suddenly terminated the service agreement, once I filed a complaint raising all the issues with them. They left me with a property in a disastrous condition. Stay clear at all cost.

Coming from the US, my family and I believed that the process of looking for a flat would be the same in London as is in the US, but were we wrong. By the time we landed in London, we had been in contact with almost 10 agents who all gave “promises” to help. It wasn’t until we came into contact with our agent, Lorida, that we knew we found the right person to help us look for a flat. Lorida made our experience very easy and was always very quick and helpful to answer our many many questions. Unlike the other agents from different companies, Lorida felt like a family friend - always very respectful, professional, and kind. We also really appreciated how honest and transparent Lorida was about the flats and neighborhoods in London, especially since we came into the flat hunting experience without much knowledge. We made an offer 2 hours after the viewing and signed the papers in the next few days. Cozee was managing my 4 bed house in Muswell Hill for almost a year. They chose good tenants and everything went well until I decided to sell my property last month. They sorted the sale which completed in less than a month with a Chinese buyer. It was very close to asking price. Overall good experience and would recommend to other landlords. Just a note that I have some properties in Carlisle and Leeds but at the moment they only focus in London.

Easy process to onboard. Stayed for 14 months. Flat was new build so no major issues. Cozee people were quick and most importantly got my deposit back. Would recommend renting from them.
