Great car hire at Alicante meet you outside Costa coffee on 2nd floor .No extras , pay for fuel that is in the car 20 euros .excess waiver 3 euros a day, Pay it its worth it. Not having to pay for a full tank, Great staff, no hidden extras , Had to change my flight three times Heidi said no problem . Used these about five times.

I have been travelling to Costa blanca since I purchased my property in 2019 and was put in touch with Coys by a mutual friend who also has a property there. I've always found the service second to none and all the vehicles in top condition. The staff are extremely friendly on pick-up and Mike and Heidi are lovely people and are always flexible and above all welcoming.

Have been using Coys for a few years now and find their friendly service excellent. Car pick up and drop off process at Alicante is easy and straight forward. We like the option of being able to prebuy a specific amount of fuel and the flexibility of not having to fill the tank up when we drop off. Good choice of cars.

Met at Alicante Airport. A warm welcome, quick paperwork and within 15 minutes I was on the open road in a new hire vehicle, safe in the knowledge that I was covered for all eventualities and my credit card details were not going to be abused. Highly recommend and will certainly use again.

We recently rented a car from Alicante airport.What fantastic service,simply went through the paperwork,no hard sell and quick transition to the car.Very helpful staff,gave us all the info we needed including simple instructions when returning car.We couldn't recommend them enough and look forward to using them again.

We have rented from Coys for the past 5 years. The customer service is superb and their fuel and excess policies are very simple. The fuel policy is they put €20 of fuel in and then you put in any extra you need. No need to return empty or full and no need to claim back a deposit.

On the rare occasion we have had an issue with the car we have contacted the office and they have advised how they are going to deal with it. No faffing about.

Have used COYS twice now and both times the transaction was smooth and efficient. Their pricing stucture is transparent, they put fuel in the vehicle to the amount you specify (€20 minimum) and as long as they have enough to get to the petrol station when you return it that's all they ask so no rip off costs. Their excess waiver is €3/€4 per day depending on the car and covers all except lost keys or misfuelling or you can choose to pay €300 excess should you have an accident so it's worth paying the €21 euro (assuming 7 day hire) excess waiver. They have a meet and greet service at the airport with no time restraints and have been waiting for us on both occasions. Within 10-15 minutes they had taken us to the car, explained everything, marked down any existing damage and we were on our way. On return, we parked the car in the specified car park, posted the keys through the window and that was it. There have been no nasty credit card surprises. There are probably cheaper companies out there but I'm sure with all the tricks that the others seem to play I'd rather know that the price quoted is the price I pay with no nasty surprises. We need more companies like this, keep up the good work and will definitely use again.
