Staff, service, location all perfect but as a very regular user will feel that the price hike is quite significant to make us consider using other companies. Maybe a loyalty scheme for regulars users would be an idea

Booking was straightforward and the price was reasonable. I made a mistake with the booking, which was rectified with one email. Instructions for collection from the airport were precise and we waited only a few minutes for the minibus. Coys depot is only a short drive and the friendly driver spoke perfect English.
I was offered the full insurance package for about €60, it was not a hard sell like some hire companies, but despite having annual excess cover, I took it. The car provided was almost brand new and much better model than I was expecting.
The whole process was considerably quicker than many hires where I’ve used on-airport firms.
The car return was equally as smooth. I would definitely use Coys again.

We had an excellent experience renting a car from Coys at Alicante Airport. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The car was in perfect condition, very clean and exactly as reserved. No surprises, no hidden costs, just a no- nonsense service. The pick-up and return process were both fast and stress-free.

Great reliable service as always.

I have used Coys for more than 25 years and have always had a good experience. Airport transfer and car collection is efficient and effective as is the return process on departure.
They remain my go to Costa Blanca car hire company.

Transparent and affordable rental car costs. No constant price gouging with discount offers like other providers in Alicante.
The vehicles are practically new and always very clean.
The shuttle bus service is prompt, basically just as fast as at the rental car counter at the airport.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

Our party arrived on time but late in the evening, we were met at the airport on time fair enough but at the Coy depot we were only given a cursory explanation of the car controls in a very dark forecourt.A very modern Nissan Qashgai with button start and stop which we had not encountered before .In fact we had to telephone Coys on how to turn the engine off about 15 minutes later, there was a little debate on return about how much fuel was needed so we had to take the car to a local garage to fuel up and return. all in all apart from the small confusion on receipt and return.We would consider using Coys again now we are familiar with the terms.

Overall great, but the booster seats was a bit disappointing.

Always a pleasure to use, no issues and no hidden charges or large deposits to put down. Cars are always nice and clean and staff very friendly. Have been using for many years.

SIMPLE, HONEST, NOTHING HIDDEN!
I was fed up of hiring cars where you pay the CDW online then when you get to the counter you're told you need to pay more....not with COYS.
You book the car online and choose your level of cover (standard or full insurance) and thats it, its booked no payment necessary.
The fantastic driver (English guy) picks you up and takes you to the compound, you pay the amount you were quoted and you get a lovely new car (I had a C4 with 8k on the clock), I did ask what the insurance covers and was told "every type of damage and theft but not losing the keys or wrong fuel" he also didn't take a deposit on my credit card.
It was so simple, like really simple.
Thanks guys, car hire is always a stress but you are so genuine and relaxed.
