Coxs motorcycle are so helpful Krystle…

Coxs motorcycle are so helpful Krystle and adi are so polite and Krystle was fantastic too when she takes over the business in years to come it will be a great success. If you want good service and a job done right take your bike here. You can't go wrong!.

5 star service and 5 star staff! Thank you

Came to look at a bike for my son who’s just passed his CBT. Had a lovely chat with the salesman Alex and sales manager Neil. They were very helpful and informative, not pushy at all which is fantastic. We felt very welcome, they’ve created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Fabulous seeing female staff in motorbikes which you don’t see often. The showroom is immaculate.
Moving upstairs we were helped by James who showed my son a variety of clothing and helmets. James is fantastic, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, such a polite and helpful young man, he’s a real credit to the company. Darren was helpful as always, he’s always a good laugh but very informative. All the staff really do make the experience positive. It’s not just going and buying a motorcycle or gear it’s being made to feel welcome and having a laugh. It’s an enjoyable experience and the coffee is pretty good too. Well done to you all for making our experience a fantastic one. And yes we accidentally bought a bike and all the gear even though we only went to look! Whoops. Thank you again to you all, every one of you goes above and beyond and it’s very much appreciated.

Never again.

Ordered a pair of Alpinestars Drystar Andes V2 trousers on the 13th of April. Paid straight away. Took them 3 days to pack and get a tracking number. Another 6 days goes by and the parcel finally arrives to the first terminal in Sweden. 1 day later it arrives to the second terminal awaiting dispatch to my pickup point. Nothing happens for 2 days. Finally get a hold of the courier and the package is damaged in shipping due to insufficient packaging. When trying to sort everything out with Cox they say they won't do anything until they get the package back to them and they they have no responsibility for the package. So I have now paid £150 + £20 for shipping but still haven't received either a refund or any other way of making this worth the wait.

And to see they they claim to be "Expert in world wide shipping" is laughable.
