Highly recommended service
My mum needed a pre travel PCR to travel abroad urgently. I contacted CHT London who send a courier within an hour to my home address. I could even tracked the courier location. The courier waited for my mum to take the swab and then took it to the lab straight away.
Results and certificate received within less than 3hrs and well in time for her flight.
I also had several communications with customer service team via both online chat and on the phone. They were excellent, polite and very efficient.
I would highly recommend them

Brilliant cancellation policy and customer service
Unfortunately I had to cancel 2 courier at home PCR tests with about 28 hours before they were due to take place. As this was permitted within their cancellation policy I emailed them to let them know and they immediately replied confirming the full refund. In such uncertain times, where many testing firms fall short of expectations I would say these guys go above and beyond for customer service.
