Love that you have so many available times open. Love that you are outside. Love that you are quick and timely. LOVE that the woman who does them is super nice and super gentle. Love that you are quicker than expected with results. Wish there was more parking available in the area.

It was so incredibly easy to get tested. My appointment just days before Christmas was at 9am. It took me longer to park and walk to the site than it did to take the test. I was done by 9:07am and I received my results at 1:22am the following morning. 21 hrs later. I would go back here 1000 times. Thank you for making it easy AND painless. I waited 3 hours the last test I was having and heard nightmares about how painful the nose testing was. It did not hurt at ALL and I was beyond grateful.

Way too expensive. This is a money grab. Also, the nurse barely swabbed my nose. I can stick a swab way further up my nose than they did. Total waste of money and a test. And this should be a drive thru -- the fact that you have to hang out in a tent with others who may have covid is not safe. I had to chase down my results, they never got back to me. If you are privileged enough to have insurance, get a test that is covered by your insurance, not by this company.

The wait and administration of the nasal test was fine, as expected. However, we tested January 2nd via a 3-day turnaround test to read it our preschooler. It is January 6th and we still don’t have our results. Now we will be testing elsewhere with little confidence that a result will come in from COVID TESTING TODAY before our new test... slow results compared to other clinics listed on the LA gov site.

I think a 24 hr minimum turnaround is more appropriate.

This has become our go to testing spot. I have a large family, and this is the only place where we will test. Quick wait, quick test, and quick results. We would like to give a special thanks to Jamie. She's been incredibly helpful, and never hesitates to answer any questions that we have. Friendly and professional staff and quick results

The actual testing was fine but they didn’t tell us that they would be closed for the holidays. I was tested on the 22nd and didn’t get my results until the 26th.

Do not recommend this place. if i had to i would say this is a scam. i went to get tested on a saturday and all seemed fine. i could not go back to work until i received a negative test result. did not work sunday, monday, tuesday or wednesday. on wednesday i get an email saying my sample was contaminated and couldn’t be tested. this was after i reached out to them on tuesday. go else where!

I was told it should be done in 24 hours but guaranteed 48 hours. It took 4 days if you count Christmas day, 3 if you don't.

Everyone was great. Results within turn around time.

I would like for you to have transparency regarding charges to insurance. What did you bill to medicare?

The whole experience was great. From checking in to the actual test. The two representatives were great. Please keep up the good work and stay safe.

UPDATE! Despite the reply you see below, what they said was never done.

I was promised a superbill to get a refund from my insurance for the $190 TEST. NEVER GOT ONE and the support line is disconnected. Nobody replied to my email. NEVER GO HERE. I won’t be going again.

The provider who attends everyone to confirm appointment was helpful with helping my child take test. However, my test results never arrived to the Lab and called on the 3rd day. Not sure when and If I will recieve those results.
