Was sent some shirts but their quality was awful and they didn't look/feel as i expected. I was given an address to return the items to, in China, and was told a refund would be issued if i sent the receipt for postage. No refund was ever issued. I received the parcel back several months later from the Chinese postal service with a message saying it was "refused" by the recipient. I've sent dozens of messages to Coveton, i've provided evidence of postage, i've requested a refund, i've sent a picture of the refused/returned goods with the postage info from China... and the replies are always nonsensical and unhelpful, such as "please send us confirmation of postage so we can check the warehouse". Avoid this company!!

Complete scam! Order delivered from China, quality so bad it’s unbelievable.
I asked to return, they insisted I return to China ( their return policy does not have return address). I did at significant cost and now stuck at customs as ‘company needs to pay customs to retrieve’ which they won’t. My CC won’t refund as I have not ‘returned’ the items.
You will regret it.

Do not order from this site guys, quality it looks completly different from what is shown on the site. They brught me the wrong size. Do yourself a favour save ur money for something worth it.

I received my polo shirt about three weeks after I ordered it. It was very different to the picture and very poor quality. I emailed about a return and was advised to send it to China! Instead I returned to the UK warehouse and am awaiting a refund. I’m not expecting anything!

Actually It’s NOT A SCAM!
They actually replied and sent the item.
And even having this problem of communication in the beginning, I received the items i bought.
And they were as I expected.
My apologies to the company!

ITS A SCAM!!!!

I made a purchase, no order confirmation received and no answer from them about anything!

Stay away. Billed immediately. Been over 3 weeks since I ordered. Checked tracking # for shipping and shipping seems hung up. Tried to contact company directly twice and no response. Working with my CC to get a refund.

Zero response from customer service. No order update, no shipping information, this has scam written all over it.

As the two previous reviews mentioned, this is a scam website operating from China.
Pictures on the website are fake and do not match the delivered product. Clothing advertised as cotton is synthetic.
Save yourself the time and money because it is very unlikely that you will be refunded.

The size chart is a joke.
The quality is terrible for the price.
Shipping takes ages as it comes from China
Return policy is definitely illegal in Europe
Take this bloody website down!!

Have been trying to get in contact with the company through their support - 4 times !!
